19 Application Package Fill out application online Submit completed application with marked cut sheets and lighting calculator spreadsheet Processing team will review, and once approved will send preapproval notice via Purchase and install equipment Once equipment is installed, send itemized invoices, W-9, and any corrections to the application. Processing team will review, and will send an notifying customer of incentive award. Customer receives incentive check.
