2 PPM Petroleum Policy and Management The goals of the Project is to enable government organizations responsible for petroleum resource management in the CCOP Member Countries to: 1. Establish a sustainable and efficient national petroleum management and policy, 2. Envisage the mechanism and importance in revising and improving their petroleum management and policy arrangements due to changes in political, economic and market conditions, and 3. Enhance their capacity and capability in petroleum resource management, based upon a realistic assessment of their own petroleum potentials utilizing national data. PPM Petroleum Policy and Management Integrate the acquired knowledge and technology from the previous NORAD-supported projects into hands-on experience 4 CASE STUDIES WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS SOFTWARE / TECHNOLOGY GOOD GOVERNANCE TECHNICAL

4 PPM Specific Objectives to conduct a total resource assessment and economic analysis of the 5 plays in the Triassic and Jurassic reservoirs. Principles and procedures of geological risk analysis of fractured reservoirs should be established Evaluate the effects of various framework conditions and their impact on profitability of fields and prospects.
