2 COMPANY PROFILE NIKKO Systems Pvt Ltd (NIKKO INDIA) is an Indian associate of NIKKO Industry Co., Ltd. (NIKKO JAPAN). NIKKO JAPAN is an engineering company situated in the city of Kobe; Japan and involved in the business of designing, engineering and supplying of Electric Arc Furnaces, Ladle Furnaces and Auxiliary Equipments for Steel Plants in Japan and worldwide. NIKKO INDIA was established under technical know-how and guidance of NIKKO JAPAN for serving Steel Plants in India and surrounding countries. NIKKO INDIA is involved in the business of designing, engineering and supplying of Dust Collection Systems and Energy Saving Systems for Steel Plants comprising of EAFS; Induction Furnaces; Ladle Furnaces and AOD Converters as well as Injection Machines for injection of Carbon; Lime and Gunning Material. NIKKO INDIA has taken a step of diversification and is now also involved in consultancy and manufacturing of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in addition to its existing business. Main advantages and benefits of NIKKO designed Dust Collection Systems are effective fume extraction from furnaces, low emission levels, less maintenance over long period of operations and maintaining clean environment inside and outside Steel Plants. Similarly, Injection Machines are simple to handle with less maintenance and ensuring effective utilization of Carbon and Lime Material when injected into Liquid Metal and also ensuring proper repairing of furnace lining with Gunning Material.

3 DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM [ NIKKO INDIA has already supplied New Dust Collection Systems as well as modified Old Dust Collection Systems for Steel Plants. Successful completion of Projects of New and Modification of Dust Collection Systems has popularized the name of NIKKO INDIA in INDIA and overseas. Many Steel Plants utilize our services for improvement of Existing Dust Collection Systems for maintaining clean environment inside and outside Steel Plant. INJECTION MACHINES NIKKO designed Injection Machines are simple to handle with less maintenance. Carbon and Lime Injection Machines ensure effective utilization of Carbon and Lime Material when injected into Liquid Metal. Gunning Machine ensures proper repairing of furnace lining with Gunning Material. NIKKO designed Injection Machines have given excellent performance to Steel Plants in India and Overseas.

4 EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT [ NIKKO designs Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) based on the capacity of the Influent to be treated, toxic content of the Influent and expected parameters of the Effluent. NIKKO designed ETPs are customized as per requirement of the Industry. NIKKO uses the best and latest technology available at its disposal and assures to attain the Compliance Standards of the Effluent WATER TREATMENT PLANT NIKKO designed Water Treatment Plant (WTP) caters mainly to softening of hard water and designing of De-Mineralization Plant. Demineralized water is water completely free of dissolved minerals. For this, Ion Exchange Resins are used. In the context of water purification, ion-exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an Ion Exchange resin.

Our customer, BISCO Ltd., Bangladesh got Clean Environment award from Department of Environment, Chittagong for effective suction of fumes and collection of dust from Induction Furnaces NIKKO INDIA has executed jointly with NIKKO JAPAN, overseas Projects for Modification & Improvement of Existing Dust Collection Systems.
