1 TERMS SHEET For 72 Metric Ton-Per-Day Solid Waste Solution CREATING 1.8 MEGA WATTS OF ELECTRICITY PER HOUR US Green Infrastructure Solutions, LLC. is pleased to provide the following configuration, cost, and projected revenue data for our Total Waste Processing System to assist in effectively managing solid waste to energy system plant. The data provided herein addresses the equipment required to process 100% of the material received into a marketable state. Recommended System Components Provided below is our recommended 72 Metric Ton-Per-Day (TPD) system configuration (Installation and Freight Included) which also includes the Generation System: 1

4 Dewatering Press US GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC. has designed a very special, heavyduty unit that can be controlled to produce any desired moisture content going to the cooker. 15% to 25% is the desired range of humidity at the end of the process. Tank size is customer option, though we do suggest the water treatment system that removes and returns solids to the cooker/dryer unit, allowing safe release of the liquids. This is typically something where we like to see a site plan and know the surrounding area before we make any recommendations, for both liability and efficiency reasons. This liquid byproduct can be easily used for irrigation. In one 24 hour period you will generate approximately 1800 Liters of bacteria free liquid. Optional if you chlorinate the liquid you will create 1800 liters of drinking water. This configuration provides needed redundancy of operations as MSW material is processed simultaneously through separate groupings of equipment in a planned 24-hour day and 7-day per-week operation. In typical solid waste facility operations, the majority of MSW is delivered to a facility within a 6 to 8-hour time window, thus the tipping floor needs to have staging /storage capacity. We also recommend using one or two bucket-loader vehicles (see examples below) to stage delivered material and move finished product. Ideally a 10,000 square-foot of staging area, utilizing two or three push-walls in a configuration (shown above-left) is ideal. An additional 10,000 square feet is recommended for the actual tipping area, ingress/egress, and safety/buffer zones. The waste processing equipment requires an additional 10,000 square 4

5 feet, including safety/buffer zones (30,000 square feet total delivery, staging, and processing). Diagram and drawing of a typical Pyrolysis Gasification System configuration. c 5

6 Operational Costs: Labor and the fuel required to run one or two bucket loaders are the other operating costs included. For labor, we project 24 full-time equivalent laborers (6+ per shift) will be needed to sort and process material through the operation. We are projecting that Loader Operators are more skilled, thus a 50% increase in their rate of pay. Monthly costs for supervisors, managers, and the plant manager are all based on multiples of the basic labor rate. To be conservative we use a 24-hour operating day to project costs. All waste may be processed in 16 to 18 hours, which would provide a reduction in the labor expense. 6
