Major factors involved in the selection of site are listed below: Proposed project site is in the Kheda area. The project site is located on level ground, which does not require any major land filling for area grading work. Proximity to Raw Material suppliers. Site is very well connected by road and railway. Availability of Power,Water, etc. 3.3 Size or magnitude of operation. 95 MT/Month of Resins in addition of existing manufacturing facility of ply wood, block board and flush Sq.m/Month. Please refer Form 1, Annexure I for process details 3. 5 Project description with process details (a schematic diagram, flow chart showing the project layout, components of the project etc. should be given) Please refer Form 1, Annexure III for process details. 3.6Raw material required alongwith estimated quantity, likely source, marketing area of final products, Mode of transport of raw Material and Finished Product. We shall procure the raw material from domestic market by roads. Finished Product will be transported using roadways. List of raw materials is enclosed as Annexure-II 3.7Resource optimization/recycling and reuse envisaged in the project, ifany, should be briefly outlined. ETP shall provide for treatmentof effluentand the treated effluent from the final collection tank will be passed through the R.O. unit and permeate of the RO will be reused and RO reject will be evaporated in jacketed evaporator. 3.8Availability of water its source, Energy/power requirement and source should be given. Water Source: The source of water for the proposed project shall meet through Existing Bore Well Supply.
