The purpose of the analysis, the amount of wasted axis and exergy efficiency in processing plants that help of this tool could be the most suitable criteria to improve and optimize the energy consumption of selected. In this study, the reboiler of unit 600, Glycol condensation unit of Sarkhon and Qeshm refinery gas were examined for optimization. For this purpose, using the analysis of outlet gas from the abovementioned reboiler stack, at first the equation of burning combustion process according to the mole coefficients of compositions of consumed fuels was obtained that this equation was the basis of calculations. The heating value of fuel was calculated to the amount of 77544/834 kj. In the following also, Exergy loss related to the mentioned process was obtained to the amount of /371 kj. According to the values related to the heating value of the fuel and Exergy loss, Exergy efficiency was calculated to the amount of 75/37%, also the destruction of Exergy and irreversibility of the process was calculated to the amount of 4/63% and 83177/143 kcal per hour, respectively. This enables energy recovery in gas that large amounts of primary energy consumption to be reduced. And its numeric value is calculated according to the formula.
