38 2016 Upstream Lighting Incentives Reminders Eligibility to receive incentives is predicated on qualifying lamps being listed on the DLC qualified products list, Energy Star list, or a PA-defined eligible products list. Minimum Customer Contribution must be collected at point of sale. These incentives cannot be combined with other offers at the point of sale. Changes coming for Q16 -LED 1x4, 2x2, and 2x4 fixtures will be added to Upstream Details forthcoming Promotions will be published 4-6 weeks ahead of start date
