Today, this pioneering approach means that Gerflor is the only vinyl floor covering manufacturer to offer Mipolam Symbioz TM, a top-of-the-range homogeneous floor covering with 75% sustainable and renewable raw materials! With a 100% bio base, this floor covering generation is a unique innovation, unrivalled on the market today. Supplies: all the raw materials are available less than 350km from the production site. Attention paid to raw material quality: Mipolam Symbioz TM contains a 100% biosourced plasticiser which is produced using grain residue (wheat, corn, etc.). Production: site with triple certification (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO Environment and OHSAS Safety), 100% of production waste is recycled in new products. Transport: the product weighs 20% less than average standard flooring available on the market, thus reducing fuel consumption. Laying: solvent-free adhesive, 100% plantbased plasticiser welding cord. Use: - optimum air quality, very low VOC emissions, 100 times < than market standards (TVOC < 10 g/m3 after 28 days, A+ classification, Floorscore & AgBB certified) - durability: it receives exclusive Evercare TM treatment for maximum durability of the product over time. 5 press information Technical characteristics: Mipolam Symbioz TM can be used as part of HEQ and LEED certification processes. Mipolam Symbioz TM is a single-layer homogeneous flexible PVC covering, abrasion group T, providing excellent resistance to wear and tear in high traffic areas. It features a non-directional design, coloured and compacted throughout the thickness. Available in rolls of 2m in width, it weighs 2580g/m 2 (20% less than standard flooring).
