2 Income Disclosure Statement The GGA Compensation Plan is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for selling products and services and for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on commitment levels and sales skills of each participant. Since GGA has recently launched, it lacks enough statistical data to prepare reliable income disclosures. The numbers below reflect estimates prepared by the company pending a more detailed survey to be conducted after its first year. Based on company projections, the average annual gross income for distributors is projected to be anywhere between 500 and 2,000. There will certainly be participants who will earn less while others will earn much more. We re excited about the GGA Compensation Plan and we re confident it will provide you a solid foundation to help you achieve your financial goals. If income projections were presented to you prior to your enrolment, such projections are not necessarily representative of the income, if any, that you can or will earn through your participation in the Compensation Plan. These income projections should not be considered as guarantees or projections of your actual earnings or profits. Success with GGA results only from hard work, dedication, and leadership. 3 GGA has designed this Compensation Plan to reward Independent Sales Representatives (Affiliates) for (1) successfully selling GGA Casino products and (2) successfully building sales organizations by recruiting, training, and motivating others to do the same. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES Lineage Organization TheLineage Organization is very simple:who sponsored whom? If a Representative personally sponsored five Representatives, then he/she has five different lines (sometimes called legs ) of Lineage. Each is independent from the other, and each will probably have a different number of Active Representatives and Customers over time. A Representative s Lineage Organization only includes Representatives and Customers added through direct line of sponsorship and is independent of the Binary Organization. (See Fig. 1) Binary Organization The Binary Organization is built on twos. Once the Representative has access to both sides of their binary organization, each Representative will have a left side and a right side and may be related to only one Representative on each side. It looks like the example in Fig. 2. Only if a Representative has achieved two personal Customer sales will they be able to make downline Representative placements on both sides of their binary organization. The Representative s second leg will open for Representative placement once the Representative completes one consecutive pay week maintaining two Active personal Customer sales. A Representative may have Representatives in his/her BinaryTree who are not in his/her Lineage because of Spillover. These Representatives are apart of his/her Binary Organization, but they are not apart of his/her Lineage Organization. 4 COMMISSIONS & BONUSES See Detailed Compensation Plan & Presentation for full rules andlimitations. 10% Direct Bonus When a Representative enrolls eligible new Players/Customers, he/she earns a Direct Commission calculated from their purchases. (see Fig.3.) Weekly Binary Cycle Bonuses Only after a Representative has achieved three personal Customer sales, they will be able to make downline Representative placements on bothsides of their Binary Organization. Until that time, a Representative will be ineligible for the binary WeeklyCycle Bonuses. GGA Representatives with access to bothlegs of their Binary Organization may earn Weekly Bonuses based on the initial product sales generated by their entire Binary Organization. The Representative accumulates PV/BV based on the initial Product purchase each Customermakes. One cycle is generated for every 150 PV/BV on the left side that match up with 150 PV/BV on the right side of the Representative s Binary Organization. Each Weekly Bonus cycle pays from 50 up to 100 depending on Rank. (see Fig.4.) 150p Fig.3 Fig p 150 Points Left + = 150 Points 50 Right Weekly Matching Bonuses GGA Representatives with access to bothlegs of their Binary Organization that have earned 10 commission cycles, may earn Weekly Matching Bonuses calculated from the Binary Commission Cycles generated by their lineage organization of Affiliates up to 5 Levels deep. (see Fig.5.) 5 Affiliate Ranks & Rewards To reward Affiliates actively promoting our business we have put together a rank and rewards plan. These ranks are instantly rewarded and paid when achieved. Ranks % rewards are achieved and calculated from personal cycles achieved in Weekly Binary Cycles. A Representative becomes/remains in Good Standing by maintaining paying his/her annual affiliate license fee. 2. A Representative becomes/remains Active by having personally purchased/sold minimum one (1) active lottery ticket each, ( 10) every week. 3. A Representative becomes/remains qualified when total binary sales equal 150pv left & 150 right in the Binary System (One-Time Requirement). Once the Representative is in Good Standing, Active and Qualified he/she begins to accumulate sales credits toward earning commissions and bonuses.
