3 Equipamiento móvil SCRAPPING AND DISMANTLING We specialise in industrial scrapping in both open-air and enclosed areas. We also have strong experience in naval and railway scrapping. We have our own equipment shredders, shears, presses, etc. for processing waste in remote locations. 4 Quality, Environment and R&D The concept of quality is of vital importance at Francisco Mata. All our processes comply with the standards stipulated for the industry and are ISO 9001 certified. Likewise, we are fully aware of the environmental responsibility associated with our business and are therefore ISO certified. We go beyond the three laws (reduce, re-use and recycle), adding a fourth RECOVER. And this is our mission from the very beginning of the process. We subject all incoming material to radioactive contamination tests. By taking an innovative approach, we ensure recovery with the least possible environmental impact. When products reach the end of their useful life, we turn waste into raw materials to keep the cycle going. Recycling plants We We have four waste treatment and management plants in Galicia over 100,000 m2 dedicated exclusively to our operations. We also have a 2500 HP shredder plant. These plants are subject to stringent and ongoing monitoring of waste products, from the moment they are accepted until they are processed and shipped out, and including their initial identification, classification and processing. R&D and innovation In seeking to enhance our business and aiming to find new and innovative environmental solutions to improve our products, at Francisco Mata we undertake constant waste management and optimisation projects, coordinated by our environmental engineers and technicians. New iron products have extensive stock of new iron for industrial and commercial use. If we do not have products in stock, we also accept special orders.
