11 ENERGY EFFICIENCY MAP To date, 123 applications for the amount 71 billion tenge have been submitted within the framework of the energy efficiency map, 16 projects are being successfully implemented for a total of 405,27 million tenge. 13 RESULTS AND WORK PLAN FOR 2018 RESULTS Projects in the energy efficiency Map, including 5 PPP/ESCO projects Standard service contracts for the realization of PPP project in the field of energy saving have been developed Database for street lighting was created Consultancy support in the field of energy saving (3) Consultancy assistance (35) to PPP project investors by providing services and information on projects in a single center The extended forms of PPP on projects in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency increase have been adopted Projects on modernization of street lighting and lighting of educational institutions in Astana city, Mangystau and Karagandy regions were initiated 6,37 thousands photocells were modernized Technical assistance project on capacity building for the Institute in the field of PPP is being carried out. Current project is financed by the ADB in the amount of $ PLANS FOR 2018 The target indicator is defined - 5 PPP projects in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency increase per, with a subsequent increase of the indicator. 14 STRATEGIC PROJECTS 2016 WB PROJECT Kazakhstan Energy Efficiency Project C1. Financing of the energy modernization of budget, social objects around the country (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, street lighting). From 2016 to 2020 it is planned to cover 94 objects. C2. Assistance in development of functioning mechanisms of Energy efficiency Fund AP3F ASIA PACIFIC PROJECT PREPARATION FACILITY 2016 In cooperation with dena development of market model of energy service companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The work is being done on attraction of German and European energy service companies (ESCOs) into the Kazakhstani market. Institute has initiated attraction of technical assistance from the ADB in order to modernize and adapt best practices of Private-public partnership in the energy saving and energy efficiency fields 2017 UNDP/GEF project Sustainable cities for low carbon development. In the framework of the project it is planned to invest into the low carbon urban projects, awareness raising, technical assistance.17 schools in Karaganda, Temiratau, city waste in Uralsk, school in Astana, Pumping equipment in Lisakovsk, and also modernization of coal boiler rooms Attraction of the 200 million Euros loan from European investment bank for S&M business projects. Funds will be directed for green projects: projects that contribute to climate change mitigation, rational consumption of electricity, environment protection Project: Modernization of heat energy complex by introducing gas turbine units in the gas regions of RK.
