As a process technology expert for both pass- and recirculation operation, Bühler is able to carry out the optimal solution for each customer. Recirculation operation Ingredients are mixed in the cooled tank and, if applicable pre-dispersed. Efficient pre-grinding increases product quality, as well as overall productivity of the production line. The excellent cooling capability of the MicroMedia mill makes an additional heat exchanger obsolete. In this compact layout, the product is circulated through the mill until the desired particle size is reached. Circulation operation allows entry of any energy amount and 1 cooled pre-mixing tank, pre-grinding, product pump, mass flow control, 5 MicroMedia TM X, 6 product tank, 7 filter therefore exact process control.
