There are approximately 350 Lots remaining to be developed with all Planning Approvals issued. Our firm will design and superintend the works for these remaining lots.

6 COMPANY & PERSONNEL CIVIL DESIGN PROJECT EXPERIENCE Premier Gardens Estate Northern Beaches Mackay Michael J McEachern Family Trust - Premier Gardens is located at Rural View in the Northern Beaches area of Mackay. It is a master plan community that commenced in Our firm was commissioned in September 2010 to complete the remainder of the estate. There are approximately 350 Lots remaining to be developed with all Planning Approvals issued. Our firm will design and superintend the works for these remaining lots. To date we have undertaken the following works; Superintendent Stage 10 (76 Lots) September 2010 to March Bulk Earthworks Design February ,000m 3 of material being moved. Civil Design Stage 12 (48 Lots) March 2011 to May Preparation of earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewerage and water documentation for OP Works submission. Avalon Estate Northern Beaches Mackay Murwillumbah Estates - Avalon Estate is located at Avalon Drive, Bucasia in the Northern Beaches area of Mackay. Our clients have acquired the remaining 2 stages of this development, being 130 Lots in total. Our firm was commissioned in September 2010 to complete the remainder of the estate. To date we have undertaken the following works; Superintendent Stage 4 (72 Lots) September 2010 to May 2011 Preparation of engineering reports to support ROL application for 58 Lots. Civil Design Stage 5 (58 Lots) March 2011 to May 2011 Preparation of earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewerage and water documentation for OP Works submission. Lagoon Estate West Mackay Palagold Pty Ltd - Lagoon Estate is located at Landsdowne Rd and Alexander St, West Mackay. A total of 126 Lots has been proposed for this estate. Our firm has been involved in the preliminary analysis and site constraints for the project. This has involved preliminary advice on the bulk earthworks, stormwater management, internal and external sewerage reticulation and internal and external water supply to the site. An ROL application is currently being prepared for this site along with a bulk earthworks OP Works application. Preparation of engineering reports to support ROL application for 126 Lots March Bulk Earthworks Design January 2011 to April ,000m 3 of material being imported on site. Canter Lane Northern Beaches Mackay Palagold Pty Ltd - Preparation of engineering reports to support ROL application for 132 Lots April Waterway Gardens Townsville Stocklands Pty Ltd Preparation of Water and Waste Water master plan for 500 lots as part of the Stocklands, Water Way Gardens project. Maryborough Effluent Reuse Strategy Wide Bay Water Corporation This project involved the development of an effluent disposal strategy for the city of Maryborough. The project investigated options for the efficient disposal of effluent until the year 2050; and Fraser Coast Community Solar Farm Project Management Wide Bay Water Corporation/QLD Government This project involves the construction of a +500kW Community Solar Farm located at Booral. It is thought that this project is the first of its nature in Australia. The project includes the construction of 230kW of solar panels on the roof of the Hervey Bay Hospital.
