Hazards Identification If used as directed, should not be considered hazardous. Not a carcinogen. 4. First Aid Measures Eye Contact: Ingestion: Skin Contact: Inhalation: Advice to doctor: First Aid Facilities: On contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of running water for 15 mins. Washing Eyes with in 1 minute is necessary to achieve maximum effectiveness If irritation persists, seek medical advice. If swallowed, drink water, milk or milk of magnesia. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice showing the container / label or safety data sheet. Wash affected area with plenty of running water. Remove contaminated clothing If overexposure occurs, leave exposure area immediately. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. Treat symptomatically. Eye wash and running water facilities should be provided.

Accidental Release Measures Spillage: If spilt (bulk), wear splash-proof goggles, PVC rubber gloves, coveralls and rubber boots. Absorb spill with sand or similar, collect and place in sealable containers for disposal. Slowly add a soda ash mixture to the residue. This should bring the spill residue within normal ph range of 6-8. Prevent spillage entering drains or waterways. Caution: slippery when spilt. 7. Handling & Storage Handling: Storage: Use safe work practices to avoid eye and skin contact. Observe good personal hygiene. Prohibit eating, drinking or smoking in contaminated areas. Wash hands before eating. This product has a wide temperature storage range (-15 C to 82 C). Make sure containers are sealed in storage when not used.dry, well ventilated area, removed from oxidising agents, direct heat sources and foodstuffs. Ensure containers are adequately labelled, protected from physical damage and sealed when not in use. Large storage areas should have appropriate ventilation systems 8. Toxicological Information Health Hazard Summary: This product has been approved by the U.S. Navy, British Royal Navy, Ford Motor Company, Dow Chemical and General Motors Corp., following complete toxicological and environmental health evaluations. This product does not contain any material shown to be carcinogen by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) or The International Agency for Research in Cancer (IRAC). While no data is currently available on the ecology of this formulation as a whole, empirically we know that the components of Dynamic Descaler are not bio accumulate in animal or plant tissue. It is know that these compounds quickly are broken down or biodegraded into compounds such as carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and water (H 2 0). Eye: Irritant. Exposure may result in lacrimation, irritation, pain and redness. Inhalation: Low Irritant. Over exposure at high levels may result in mucous membrane irritation of the upper respiratory tract (i.e. nose and throat) and coughing. However, due to the low vapour pressure, adverse health effects are not anticipated under normal conditions of use. Skin: low Irritant. Prolonged and repeated contact may result in drying and de-fatting of the skin with rash and dermatitis. Ingestion: Non-Toxic Irritant. Disposal Considerations Disposal Considerations: Legislation: The expended / neutralised product is biodegradable and is suitable for disposal via sewerage systems. Prior authorisation for disposal should be sought from the relevant authorities. Alternatively absorb with Sand, vermiculite or similar and dispose of to an approved landfill site. Dispose of in accordance with the relevant local legislation. 14. Most cleaning cycles can be accomplished within a two (2) to four (4) hour cycle. This material should be used only as directed. Use at ambient temperatures (up to 50 degrees C).
