8 GNLM and SING-SIC interconnection SING-SIC interconnection is an opportunity to current and future GNLM clients. a much larger energy market will be reachable, favoring the competitiveness and new actors entrance, including NCRE. any GenCo connected to the future grid will be able to participate in energy supply tenders. new CCPP projects will have better chances to be built [eg. Luz Minera CCPP (750 MW)]. 8

Norandino Bolivia energy exchange with Argentina is increasingly likely. it could be exchange of: - gas, through existing pipelines or - electricity, generated by gas in CCPP in Chile and transmitted through existing transmission line. 12 GNLM, a hub with maritime services to the LNG industry ship-to-ship transfer - greatest experience worldwide in trans-shipments : LNG transfers between 2 vessels docked to the jetty/ GNLM operated under this mode for 4 years - available service for ships sized from to m 3 reloading of smaller size LNG vessels - from a vessel docked to the jetty or from the on-shore tank - to eventual small-medium scale distribution GNLM can facilitate the LNG access to different projects, from Punta Arenas to Arica, and much more 12

13 GNLM and the impact of the Panama Canal expansion with the Panama Canal expansion, operational from next year, the distance from US terminals and Trinidad & Tobago to GNLM will be reduced from approx. current 19 days to approx. 8 days of one-way trip. LNG terminal tolling fee for methane vessels crossing the Panama Canal is already known and involves significant savings in comparison to almost circumnavigating South America, depending on the daily charter rates. LNG transport through Panama Canal GNL Mejillones no more logistics uncertainty in winter time caused by the passage through the Magellan Canal or Cape Horn. location of this hub in northern Chile will allow to quickly unload large high-cost vessels, distributing then the LNG by national cabotage. the outstanding availability of Mejillones bay reduces weather uncertainty. 13

14 GNLM, a hub with LNG truck loading service LNG can then reach final consumers located out of the scope of existing pipelines (industrial companies, mining trucks, etc.). in order to facilitate the distribution of LNG by truck, a new delivery point was developed as a transitional solution, which is currently operational, with a capacity of trucks/year. in order to address a potential future demand of up to trucks/year, GNLM has already designed a complete truck loading project with TE. access to this service without necessarily hiring longterm capacity or being a TUA regas client. 14
