9 Pre & Co-processing for FM Seasonally floating material does down along the Yangzi river during summer time Mainly is wood, tree, grass and plastics High water content about 60% Co-processing in cement kiln is the best solution Drying, cutting and sieving for pre-processing
10 Pre & Co-processing for CS 400,000 ton of CS need to be co-processed DDT & HCHs are the main pollutants Concentration verifies from tens of thousands to hundreds ppm High water content, big size with concrete and bricks Similar chemical components to silicon additives for clinker sintering Pre-processing needed for drying, grinding and detoxification Tertiary air from kiln has been used as heat sources Hot silicon material has been feed to pre-calciner Special internal design for homogenize the hot material in pre-calciner
