10 Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory 2004, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) 2009, Kyoto Protocol were ratified by Turkey As an Annex I party to Convention, Turkey is required to develop annual inventories on emissions and removals of greenhouse gases (GHG). Annual reporting by TurkStat to UNFCCC since 2006
