18 Specific Features and Remarks 18 Specific Remarks There is a unique boiler for the 2 buidlings, recently replaced. In the future, 2 separate boilers for each building should be considered. In 2013 in Building Ex elementare (2) the windows were replaced with a product Uw = 1.5 W/m2K Building (1) is an historical building, special care it is required in the envelope. Since 2011 a monitoring system is installed, mainly managed by the ESCO which has the energy management contract. These data are accessible in real time by the Province of Macerata but historical i and statistical ti ti data are not directly accessible. They would be very useful in the dygnosis.

19 Funding Opportunities 19 Relevant Information: The on going contract with an ESCO is ongoing until In order to define how to proceed, new contract models are being explored, trying to maximize the possibility of investments in building renovation for energy performance.
