3 Water Treatment system A. System design basis 1. (1) Raw water quality: (later need to base on client report, now design as less than TDS 1500ppm) 2. It adopts current advanced RO system,the output water is pure. 2. The rate of salt removal is 98%, recovery 50%-75%, the whole system can get rid of the bacteria virus, heavy metallic irons, radioactive elements, organic impurities is of each in order: 99.99%,95%, 99%,95%. Also get rid of poison & harmful material in water source, such as four chlorination carbons, benzenese, hydrocarbon, agrochemical, lead, mercury, chrome...etc. C. About reverse osmosis Principles of the reverse osmosis water treatment We can place two kinds of solution (one is dilute and the other is concentrated, same volume) at two sides of a can, separated by a semi-permeable membrane. The solvent of dilute solution will flow into concentrated solution naturally and form a height between two kinds of solutions keeping it balanced, which is called pressure difference.

4 If we set a power bigger than pressure difference upon to concentrated solution, the solvent in it will flow to the dilute solution. This process is called reverse osmosis, meaning the opposite flowing direction goes against the natural flow. Application: RO Reverse osmosis technology is widely used in electronic, electrical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage and water industries. Such as for drinking water, irrigating crops and plants, for food/beverage production line, etc.
