4 Stage 1 The charter f vluntary cmmitments Apprach in 4 stages Prepare the prject What is the maturity f the cmpany? Check if it is the mment t implement the prcess (need t cntrl and mnitr several peratinal data) What human, financial and rganizatinal needs? Stage 2 Making the diagnsis CO 2 and define the baseline. That means t : Knw peratinal data (fuel cnsumptin in liter, number f vehicles, distances in km, tnnage ), in the perimeter and the baseline reference perid chsen (12 mnths) Define a specific actin plan (at least 4 actins = 1 per axes) with the help f the guide Fiches actins Evaluate the ptential savings in fuel cnsumptin, CO 2 emissins and return n investment by the implementatin f actins Define a reductin target f CO 2 perfrmance indicatrs (gco 2 /km and gco 2 /t.km) t be achieved in a perid f 3 years time Fill in all the data required in the Web tl : Stage 3 Sign the charter f cmmitment Validatin f the data and the cmmitments by ADEME and the reginal steering cmmittee Sign the fficial charter reginally This give the pssibility t use the Objectif CO 2 lg Stage 4 Reprt n the prgress Reprt annually during the next 3 years using the same Web tl (evaluatin f prgress) Respect the cmmitments (pssibility t exclude cmpanies that d nt) 4/16
