Sub :- To issue the Environmental clearance Certificate for minor mineral quarry lease of "Ordinary Sand" mining project as per the EIA tification of 14-Sep Sir, I, the lease holder of Jayendrasinh Bharatsinh Jadeja has been granted a quarry lease of minor mineral Ordinary Sand by the Collector, Jamnagar (Gujarat) on Govt. Sr.. Und Nadi Patt Paiky of Vill : Jodiya, Ta : Jodiya, Dist. Jamnagar, Gujarat for the lease area of Ha. According to the direction of Honourable Supreme Court of India, MoEF s OM dt. 18th May 2012 and latest amendment of the EIA tification on 9th September 2013, environmental clearance is required to be obtained for our mining project. You are well aware that the last term of the S.E.A.C. and S.E.I.A.A. for Gujarat State is already expired in July, 2013 and presently there is no S.E.A.C. and S.E.I.A.A. for Gujarat State. River itself carried huge amount of sediment during every monsoon season so there is no reclamation measures proposed at mine site. In 8 mtr buffer along riparian zone is being planted preferred local plant species. It is checking riparian erosion and creating aesthetic environment of surrounding area. By this project of river sand mining in the area. river is holding more volume of water making to ensure availability of water in nearby area. Impact is insignificant, as the local people are provided employment. About 15 local peoples are getting employment from this project. t applicable t applicable 2.
