Additional members sine then inlude: Braskem, Clariant/Süd-Chemie, King Abdullah University of Siene & Tehnology (KAUST), Reliane Industries and Repsol Interative ommunity whih an be installed orporate wide/globally in order to benefit resouring and ollaboration both externally and internally Delivering timely and insightful information and analyses, aessible exlusively to members and proteted by onfidentiality agreements, inluding tehnoeonomi reports, ommuniations and an annual meeting Resulting in a value-added relationship among members and with TCG/TCGR, leading to improved (or unique) external partnership and/or investment possibilities The CO 2 CC Program follows the well-established model initiated in TCGR s Catalyti Advanes Program (CAP) founded in 1995 and operating suessfully sine then. 1

Alternatives inlude the deployment of ost off-setting onversion of CO 2 into useful produts or EOR. There is an inreasing diversity of approahes towards making CO 2 apture and onversion tehnologially and eonomially viable, heightening the importane of seleting the best routes for further development. Investing in the wrong approahes ould be quite ostly; investing too early (or too late) ould be atastrophi. The impetus is lear! Over the next 5-10 years, GHG will be a multi-billion $$ business, in whih leaders with the best proess tehnologies and/or positions will reap tremendous rewards. TCGR s CO 2 CC Program is a uniquely value-added servie, different from government-run efforts, in whih members reeive industrially-foused information, analyses and ommentary. 5 Program Deliverables Members of the CO 2 CC Program benefit from a four-tiered deliverable approah: 1. CO 2 CC Tehno-eonomi Reports Gain ompetitive advantage through onfidential state-of-the art studies in CO 2 CC. Three (3) state-of-the-art reports annually overing R&D, ommerial development and pratial real world implementation. These exlusive reports are authored by the world s leading sientists and are peer reviewed. Topis are determined by the membership (via ballot) and report sope/ontent is shaped by member input. 2. CO 2 CC Communiqués Timely and foused window on the market-plae of new developments in CO 2 CC. Weekly s apturing the latest global news on tehnial, ommerial, governmental and regulatory developments and annotated with insights, observations and reommendations for ompetitive advantage. 3. CO 2 CC Projet Postings - Exlusive, members-only orporate opportunity offers for joint tehnial and/or ommerial development. As needed s overing R&D and strategi partnership opportunities in new tehnologies/businesses, as offered by members. 4. Member Meeting and/or Internet-based Webinar(s) Benhmarking and alliane building events. Throughout the membership year, TCGR onvenes exlusive members-only meetings and/or webinars. These allow members to mix with industry peers involved in CO 2 CC. Deliverables are timely and insightful, aessible exlusively to members, and proteted by onfidentiality agreements. Note that at no time are member ompanies expeted to ontribute ontent (e.g., R&D results, tehnology development progress, et.) for the reports or other program deliverables; the intelletual property of all member ompanies remains proprietary to them and program deliverables are based solely on publily available information 4

Program Options and Fees The CO 2 CC Program is an annual onsortium with two levels of partiipation in 2018: Patron Membership at $35,000 per year; Sponsor Membership at $26,000 per year.

10 Program Options and Fees The CO 2 CC Program is an annual onsortium with two levels of partiipation in 2018: Patron Membership at $35,000 per year; Sponsor Membership at $26,000 per year. The Patron membership entitles the subsriber to all three (3) tehno-eonomi reports produed eah year. At the Sponsor level, the ompany selets two (2) of the three (3) tehno-eonomi reports produed eah year. One a ompany has ommitted to joining the program for two onseutive years (e.g., ), they may elet to exhange report seletions in a given year for previously ompleted reports. The membership has inluded this 2-year requirement to avoid ompanies suspending their memberships without losing report privileges. Eah member ompany signs a Corporate Membership Agreement, whih fully douments the program ontent and the way that the program works. Examples of seleted program deliverables (i.e., exerpts of ompleted reports, weekly CO 2 CC Communiqué s, member ballots, atual report Tables of Contents, et.) an be made available upon request as an member testimonials.
