BİO -MAK SURFACE AERATORS (Horizontal & Vertical Shaft Type) Aerators are produced to allow adjusting the immersion depth according to the process needs and are applied to oxidation ponds or logons in treatment plants with capacity. Design and production of aerators applicable to treatment plants with capacity ,000 equivalent people, belongs completely to MAKRO.

9 BİO -MAK FLOCCULATOR Flocculators are produced as wood or steel propeller type. They can be installed either in the center of clarifier sludge scrapers, or separately in flocculation units with vertical or horizontal position. Vertical Flocculators are equipped with a central bearing made of PTFE, at lower end. The revolution speed of Flocculators can be fixed or regulated by electronic or mechanical type speed regulator. BİO -MAK ROTATING BRIDGE SLUDGE SCRAPERS Sludge and scum scrappers for clarifiers are produced according to DIN 19552/1, as side driven type with fixed or controlled speed. Sludge scraper palettes are fixed to palette arms by movable joints, so that scraper palettes fully conform to tank floor and are equipped with rubber finishers. Steel Construction Bridge is equipped with walkway, railings and ladder. Power and control cables of drive motor are transmitted through a special designed brushcollector unit made of brass and fiberglass or epoxy resin, at the central unit of the bridge. The central unit is also equipped with an antifriction bearing system to bear of all radial and axial loads. A rubber brush is installed in front of the rotating side drive to wipe and clean the way of rubber wheel. The peripheral velocity of the bridge can be arranged as 2 to 6 cm/sec.

10 BİO -MAK THICKENER Gravity thickeners are produced in basins with diameter 5m-20m as central driven type. In larger basins side driven rotating bridge is used. Deflectors, inlet and outlet cones are fixed to the bridge, scrappers and blades are connected to the carrier arm body. BİO -MAK MIXER They are used in chemical preparing tanks, raw water mixing units or chlorination contact tanks. According to the chemical property of the fluid they are made of carbon steel, stainless steel or polypropylene etc. BİO -MAK OIL & GREASE SEPARATOR&SKIMMER Oil and grease separators used to separate grease and oil from wastewater before delivery to treatment plants or discharge to sewer lines are made from epoxy coated, galvanized or stainless steel.

11 BİO -MAK PENSTOCK Production program includes; Upward sliding gates with openings ranging from 300mm x 300 mm to 2500mm x 2500mm Downward sliding gates with openings up to 2200mm x 2500mm. The water sealing is achieved by over pressurizing of rubber seals on to the stainless steel seats during the closing period. The gate is sliding on the guide rails with SST rollers. The frame can either be embedded in to the concrete channel or fixed by steel anchorage on the wall opening. The frame and gate material can be Sst-37, Sst-304, Cast Iron or Aluminum according to the client request.

12 BİO -MAK MECHANICALLY OPERATED FINE / COARSE SCREENING EQUIPMENT Plastic Conveyor Screen Plastic conveyor screen working with a wheel-and-chain mechanism sliding on a rail system, which is arranged according to channel depth, screen elements lift screening wastes to discharge level without any need for other equipment. It can be applied in all municipal and industrial treatment plants as inlet screen. There is no blockage risk since the system is formed of an endless conveyor belt with polyamide screening elements having clearance of 2-15 mm. Parts in water, body, chain carriers, guide bars and rake miles are made of Sst-304 stainless steel. Plastic conveyor screen is equipped with a torque limiter for protection of motor and moving parts against overloading, giving an emergency alarm at the same time. Starting of the screen can be made both manually and with the aid of an automatic level measuring and control system installed upstream and downstream of wastewater in channel. Rotary Type Screen Rotary type screen having a scraper equipped with four palettes, two with rakes and two with rubber scraper, automatically scraps screenings through stainless steel screens and discharges into a through or a conveyor. Operation system can be either manual or automatically according to the water level. An assembly frame is provided with the screen for ease of installation. Front Raked Mechanical Screen: Front Raked Mechanical Screen has mechanically operated rake palette. Thus it can be assembled in channel to form an inclination of 75 with horizontal according to the requirements in all channels without limitation to channel depth.
