2 COMPANY BACKGROUND Titanium World Technology has been in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry for over 10 years. With the continuous R&D efforts on Nano Technology and Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), we have successfully created our own Nano TiO2 product SMARTCOAT in SmartCoat has won many awards in numerous international science competitions, such as Korea International Women s Invention Exposition, The British Invention Show and Novel Research and Innovation Competition. Today, we have expanded our business network into overseas market, such like Thailand, Singapore, Europe, Macau and India. WHAT IS SMARTCOAT SmartCoat is a nano TiO2-based sterilize solution that works 24/7 at destroying or inhibiting unwanted micro-organisms. It is an eco-friendly water-based coating that kills viruses, bacteria, mold, and fungal growth; and most importantly enhances indoor air quality. SmartCoat embraces photocatalyst technology and works effectively under any source of light and ventilation. The application method is to spraying the sterilize coat onto touchable surfaces via electrostatic sprayer.

WHAT IS TIO2 (TITANIUM DIOXIDE) Titanium dioxide, also known as titanium(iv) oxide or titania, is the naturally occurring oxide of titanium, chemical formula TiO2.

3 WHAT IS TIO2 (TITANIUM DIOXIDE) Titanium dioxide, also known as titanium(iv) oxide or titania, is the naturally occurring oxide of titanium, chemical formula TiO2. TiO2 is non-toxic and approved by food testing laboratory of the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA), CE certified. TiO2 is considered to be a safe substance, and is harmless to human. It has a wide range of applications, from paint to sunscreen to food colouring, and commonly found in daily products i.e. lipsticks, body power, toothpastes, Panadol, etc. HOW DOES SMARTCOAT TIO2 WORK SmartCoat s technology utilizes any light source to activate its oxidatetive ability when it is applied onto surfaces. Through this process, SmartCoat s surfaces are able to break any organic matters upon contact.

Singapore BCA Green Mark - TiO2 is listed in the Green Building Design Guide, under Part TITANIUM DIOXIDE SOLUTIONS Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is a type of photocatalyst which will eliminate odours in the air, kill bacteria and decompose organic matter when exposed to light. When exposed to light, TiO2 activates the oxygen molecules, which decompose bacteria and germs through photocatalytic activity. It is being used in commercial and healthcare facilities to improve the hygiene of its environment. Besides that, it can also be applied on the external facade such as glass, wall tiles and aluminium claddings to reduce the maintenance and cleaning of external facades. When exposed to sunlight, TiO2 absorbs a portion of the ultra violet light and becomes hydrophilic where water is not repelled but spreads to form a thin film on the surface. With the combination of both photocatalysis and hydrophilic effect, TiO2 solution can reduce dirt build up on the external surface.
