Subject: An application for EC amendment for (a) Reduced Production qty. & (b) Change the name of unit from Spectrum Ether Ltd to Xenon Chem LLP. Reference: file No. J-11011/562/2010 IA II (I) DTD 7 TH JANUARY Respected Sir/Madam, In connection with above stated subject and file no. we would like to inform you that MOEF has granted Environment Clearance to M/s. Spectrum Ether Ltd. For mfg of Agro Chemicals and 1000 MT /M (12000 MTPA). We, Xenon Chem LLP has purchased this unit from M/s. Spectrum Ether LTD. For your kind reference we here by enclosed the copy of GIDC transfer letter. As per the product profile, we have to make very huge investment and huge quantity of water for the start up of our industry. At present, our financial condition is not strong enough to invest that much amount in the beginning of the project. So, we need to reduce our production capacity from 1000 MT/Month to 200 MT/Month only. We have also dropped following products from our product list. 1. Phenthoate, 2. Tricyclazole, 3. Metribuzine, 4. T. Glyphosate By reducing the production qty and drop of 04 products our revised Details of product, raw Material, Water, Air, Hazardous are enclosed herewith. So, we requested you to consider our revised proposal and grant us EC amendment at your earliest. With regards.
