The impact is reflected as the difference from Jan-13 to Feb-13. They should be able to do the same in Jan-14, having a significant improvement on heating demand. The gap between predicted loads and actual loads occurs between seasons when the passive hybrid evaporative cooling system, climate controlled windows and fans work in harmony to reduce typical system demands.
