7 Specialty Valves and Accessories Actuators ADAREG offers a comprehensive range of rugged pneumatic diaphragm actuators with spring return, for direct or reverse action (fail open or fail closed). The preformed diaphragm enables a constant load and smooth operation with low hysteresis. Manual override is available, for operation without air supply. Electric actuators are also available as an option. Positioners ADAREG's quality pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners ensure accurate positioning of our valves. These Smart Positioners offer new features such as self calibration, bi-directional communications through Hart and Profibus protocols, and simple wiring. Air regulators, limit switches, alarms, and EEX versions are available. Safety Relief Valves ADAREG's safety relief valves are specially designed for overpressure protection of cryogenic liquefied Helium lines in superconductivity applications. In case of local temperature increase, called "quench", this valve opens in less than 80 ms. Vacuum Jacketed Valves ADAREG cryogenic valves can be fitted with a tight double shell that enables vacuum insulation. Standard connection of the double shell is made by welding, but other connection types are available upon request. Spray Valves In-Line Valves ADAREG axial cryogenic valves are installed directly inside the pipe. ADAREG control valves can be fitted with spray nozzles for steam conditioning and steam de-superheating. 7
