4 CYFIELD GROUP A Valuable Partnership The Cyfield Group was formed in 1990 when Cyfield Development and Nemesis Contracting joined forces and created a union that now surpasses the sum of its parts. This synergy with its combined strength in all fields of construction engineering brings added value to the individual companies and multiplies the organization s capabilities. Over the past decades, we have grown into an integrated group that ranks as a key player in the construction industry in Cyprus with a distinguished presence in Greece and Egypt. 8 Civil Engineering Projects Numerous and diverse successfully completed infrastructure projects include motorways and roads, bridges, tunnels, water dams and breakwaters, public parks and environmental refuse rehabilitation projects. Over the years, we have emerged as specialists in the construction of complete sewerage systems, pumping stations, drainage systems and waste water treatment plants. In the last few years alone, the Cyfield Group has invested many millions in the most advanced and specialized machinery and equipment to assist its highly qualified and experienced technical team deliver the best results in the shortest time

12 01 02 Land Development Projects Our Land Development portfolio covers the design, construction, marketing and sale of a complete range of properties. Our activities in this area focus on supplying the local and international demand for housing, from lavish individual homes and housing developments, to luxury apartment buildings and complexes, as well as choice pieces of land complete with the transfer of title deeds. Commercial projects include high-specification contemporary office buildings, industrial developments, public buildings and government facilities.

16 01 02 The Group acquired or established several manufacturing and production facilities that operate as subsidiary companies supplying the Group and other industry customers with quality products and materials: Production & Energy Three asphalt producing plants Two factories for precast concrete products One concrete batching plant A large 3MW photovoltaic electricity producing facility Two quarries delivering high quality aggregates Company importing high-grade bitumen which is stored in special temperaturecontrolled reservoirs Trading company for sanitary ware and building materials Transportation company

18 Over the past years, and in line with our vision, the Cyfield Group has taken a series of strategic steps towards long-term growth and stability The Group s beginnings can be traced back to the establishment of Cyfield Development Public Ltd, a company specializing in land development and now the holding company of the whole Group In line with its vertical integration strategy, the Group established Curio Trading Ltd, a company that imports and markets building materials and sanitary ware. Today, Curio is a stand-alone company that supplies both the Group and other companies with roof and floor tiles, parquet flooring, and high quality European sanitary ware Eurocyfield A.E. was established in Greece using the same successful strategy of the mother company, designing and selling quality residential apartment and commercial buildings, thus creating a new market in Greece. Successful completion of dozens of projects led to broader interest which now involves construction of schools and other public projects In a strategic move to diversify its activities into infrastructure construction projects, the Group acquired a majority stake (70%) in the public company NEMESIS Construction Plc, and created Nemesis Development Ltd To streamline its operation and maintain full control over the quality and completion of each project, the Group expanded into manufacturing and trading with the establishment or acquisition of a number of subsidiary companies dealing in the production and trading of asphalt, concrete, precast concrete products, aggregates and other materials and related activities. This expansion process began with the establishment of Nemesis Ready Mixed Concrete Ltd and Nemesis Asphalt Ltd, strategically securing the supply of the two main materials of construction and infrastructure companies A quarry company, Ch.Mylonas Mitsero Ltd was acquired together with the corresponding mining privilege Two more companies were established, Nemesis Precast Products Ltd and Nemesis Transportation Ltd The creation of Nemesis Asphalt Petroleum Ltd completed the circle of material supplies with the importation and storage of bitumen, the key ingredient for the production of asphalt In an effort to expand the Group s geographical market share and gain important synergies, a number of strategic alliances were formed with other construction companies leading in the inclusion to the Group of a second quarry, Medcon Quarries Ltd, the formation of two new asphalt plants, Medcon-Nemesis Asphalt Ltd and Medcon-Kythreotis-Nemesis Asphalt Ltd Following some years of consolidation, the Organisation has embarked on expansionary strategies steering Cyfield-Nemesis to new operational levels Establishment of subsidiary companies in Egypt and Oman Signing our first project in Egypt, a 90km highway in upper Egypt Another milestone year.
