2 Issue Every year in Ukraine is accumulating more than 14 million tons of household waste. The current system of waste does not meet the criteria for environmental safety. Polluted air, ground water, they are destroying the natural ecological balance.

11 Old technology Wood, contaminated paper and cardboard waste tires are burned to produce heat energy. 20 THE PREPARATIONS FOR THE DESTRUCTION All kinds of plastics, fabrics, textiles, leather, cardboard and paper are shredding and crushing. In the photo a powerful crusher that can crush up to 40 tons of waste per hour. Crusher can be of varying thickness and are made to order.

21 THE PREPARATIONS FOR THE DESTRUCTION Difficult to grind waste - tires, or oversized plastic - grinds more powerful machine - shredder. See the video, high-powered shredder grinds the car.

22 D E S T R U C T O R The processing occurs at temperatures up to +500 C for a period of time. Existing domestic and foreign techniques of pyrolysis recycling do not give a qualitative result. In the products of pyrolysis are very high levels of carcinogens.

23 Waste is loaded into the reactor and heated up to operating temperature without air access. Mix of gas and vapor passes the primary processing in the packed column where condenses. Condensate enters the reactor of the catalyst, where have the process of breaking of unsaturated hydrocarbons. Further, the hydrocarbon mixture is fed to the distillation system for distillation. Gases (methane, propane, butane), which are allocated in the process of destruction is served on liquefaction. HOW IT WORKS

26 Rectification Complexes fractionation tower are an integral part of refineries.
