Taking place over three decades, this visionary project is forecast to culminate $16.2billion per annum in economic output by its completion in 2050.

To complete the existing connectivity capabilities of the estate, an established network of transport highways links the Peel Business Park to nearby ports and airports; and ultimately to national and international markets. Planned future innovations. New, innovative and sustainable infrastructure are proposed and works with leading power providers are underway to deliver affordable and renewable energy options. The focus on sustainability will continue with estate design, landscaping and efficiency measures to reduce water consumption. Bore irrigation systems, integrated stormwater management, rainwater harvesting systems, managed aquifer recharge systems, water efficient fixtures and appliances, real time monitoring and low water use landscaping are all being investigated to drive a reduction in water consumption.
