3 OCWD general information OCWD is governed by a 10-person Board of Directors Non-adjudicated groundwater basin Each year, the Board sets the percentage of groundwater that can be pumped (BPP) Each year, the Board approves the Replenishment Assessment (RA) and Basin Equity Assessment (BEA) for the cost of pumping groundwater

16 GWRS Final Expansion (GWRSFE) Will increase the capacity of the GWRS from 100 MGD to 130 MGD Provides 134,000 acre-feet per year of supply to the groundwater basin enough water for over 1 million people CEQA and Engineers report was approved by the Board in September 2016 Will apply for grant funding through Proposition 1 and State Revolving Fund (SRF) loans Design has started, construction to bid within 1.5 years and project completion will be in 2023
