2 4. Expenditure on Environment Management Plans: 35 Lakh (i) Free fuel supply to laborers LPG is being supplied by the Contractor to the Labourers at the subsidized rates. (ii) Medical facility / sanitary facility/ entertainment /social welfare for the laborers 25 Lakh (iii) Monitoring of ambient air quality / noise levels/ stack emission of DG sets/ Acoustic enclosure to DG sets/ domestic effluent. Stack height of D.G. = 4 feet of Roof Level of Generator Acoustic Enclosure Provided. (iv) Solid waste management: Solid Waste is being managed as per Solid Waste Management Handling Rules, (v) Free fuel, cooking gas and pressure cooker to laborers 6 Lakh 5. Involvement of forest land for passage and status of approval: No Forest Land is involved in the Project. (Otherwise also NOC from local Forest Deptt.) 6. Details of sanitary and hygienic measures Movable toilets/ urinals: Sufficient Nos. of movable toilets are available. Mess facility for laborers: Drinking water facility; 7. Soil and ground water tests to ascertain that there is no threat to groundwater quality by leaching of heavy metals and other toxic contaminants: Made Available. R.O. Plant installed. Already submitted. 8. First aid room/ First Aid Box: Available at site 9. Quantity of muck excavated till date: Disposal of muck Places to be shown/photographs: Effect on neighboring community Steps taken for general health and safety of the people: No Muck has been excavated during the report under reference.

Height of their stacks (4 meters above the roof top): 4 feet height of stack within limit. Of explosives: As the Diesel Pumps of the Authorized companies are just in the neighboring area, there is no need to keep the diesel in store at the Group Housing Site to run the D.G. sets. Hence this point is not applicable to us. 12. Implication of the Public Liability Insurance Act Ambient Noise Levels monitoring near boundary wall (residential standards to be maintained ) 14. Vehicles used for transport should be with valid Pollution under Check (PUC). 15. Construction material+ bituminous material+ other hazardous material should not contaminate water course and ground water : 16. What are hazardous material: Waste oil from DG sets : Not applicable Within Noise Limit Level. Instructions are being strictly complied with. R.C.C. is used for making roads. No Bitumen used till date. Action is being taken as per instruction with hazardous waste label. To be collected in a separate drum With hazardous waste label. To be sold to the recyclers only.
4 17. Weep holes in the compound walls to ensure natural drainage of rainwater in the catchment area : 18. Design details of STP to be installed: Efficiency and efficacy should be certified by an independent Expert Waste Water to be treated to tertiary level: Treated water to be used for gardening and flushing of toilets: 19. Rain water harvesting Weep holes will be provided in the compound, as per norms at appropriate time in future. The Consent to Establish has recently been issued by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Panchkula, vide their letter No. HSPCB/Consent/ JHA CTE , dated (copy enclosed). Further action to install will be taken as per approved Service Plans in due course of time. Action regarding providing of rain water harvesters is being taken as per approved Service Plans. Design details 20. Oil and grease trap to remove oil from surface run off: Oil and grease trap will be provided at appropriate time. Settling tank for suspended matter Then for rain water harvesting : 21. Wet garbage for composting: The required action will be taken at proper time. Dry solid waste for land filling: 22. A plan for green belt development indicating area covered, species planted, No. of plants planted and exp. Incurred: 400 plants have been planted. 4 Lakh cost have been incurred. 23. Details of fly ash utilization in bricks for partition wall No fly is ash required. In filling low lying areas 24. Regular monitoring of AAQ Ground water, noise etc. Regular monitoring of AAQ (Ambient Air Quality) Ground water, noise etc. is being got done. 25. Report on energy conservation measures incorporating the details of building material within 3 months. (1) All the required steps for conservation of energy will be taken at appropriate time. However, it is intimated that designs of the buildings have been made in such a way that

However, all the required health check-up facilities are being provided to the labourers on the spot as well as in the nearby 100 bedded PDM General Hospital. 28. Six monthly progress report to Ministry in soft and hard copy for display on MoEF Web Site (Mandatory requirement) 29. Is there any change in the scope of the project: No 30. Copies of advertisements in newspapers: Not Applicable. 31. Approvals from:- NOC from SPCB Consent to operate from SPCB Chief controller of Explosive Instructions are being followed.
