20 SAAQIS NAAQMN Technical Functions Password protected platform for authorities and data owners Upload LIVE data from ambient monitoring stations into the SAAQIS. Perform remote/online stations checks including instrument status checks, instrument diagnostic checks, live fault alerts and reporting of the faults via communication platforms such as or instant mobile phone messaging to persons managing the stations. Data sniffer (tool for identifying instrument errors and peak episodes) Validation on-line tool for station operators Monthly automatic air quality status reports Comparison and trend analysis tools Data export (manual or automatic)
