We provide services for hydrocarbon producers and major industries, including natural gas compression and dehydration, the construction of gas pipelines and interconnection lines, and energy solutions such as generation, co-generation and auto-generation. We have had a share in the natural gas market for vehicles for more than 24 years. We were a pioneer in this field, and we continue to look for new growth opportunities.
6 T R A N S P O R TAT I O N B U S I N E S S G R O U P NATURAL GAS TRANSPORTATION INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY AND ENERGY GENERATION LNG D I S T R I B U T I O N B U S I N E S S G R O U P NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION NON-BANK FINANCING We recently entered the LNG business with our subsidiary, Sociedad Portuaria El Cayao (SPEC), which will process more than 400 MMscfd at a floating regasification terminal anchored to a port on Cartagena Bay. This will be the first terminal of its kind in the country. In Colombia, we distribute natural gas to over three million users, in other words to 40% of the domestic market (11.5 million beneficiaries), while in Peru we distribute to over 345,000 users through our share in Cálidda, the natural gas utility for in the city of Lima and Callao. We are also continuing to expand in this country through our subsidiary Gases del Pacífico, and we will reach 150,000 users in the north of the country in the next five years. 14 Transportation Business Group N AT U R A L G A S T R A N S P O R TAT I O N I N T E G R AT E D S O LU T I O N S F O R I N D U S T R Y A N D E L E C T R I C I T Y G E N E R AT I O N L N G I N : 100% gas transportation service reliability and continuity index. 193 km expansion of Promigas transportation system in the Caribbean region in order to increase capacity and thus enable the gas supply from the fields in the southern part of this region to be incorporated into the National Transportation System. The total investment in this pipeline is USD 43 million. Promisol purchased 49% of Enercolsa shares (it has held 51% since 2012), with a view to continuing to strengthen its electricity generation business. The Promigas Metrology Laboratory has been in existence for 15 years. It is accredited by the National Accreditation Organization, ONAC, and since 2014 all service certifications it issues with respect to its calibrations have been internationally recognized. Promigas declared its greenhouse-effect gas inventory for 2013, and this was certified by ICONTEC. The 2014 and 2015 inventories are currently in the process of being certified, with a view to establishing reduction targets with respect to the base year. The environmental investment figure for Promigas and its associated companies was USD 2 million.

18 Distribution Business Group I N : N AT U R A L G A S D I S T R I B U T I O N E L E C T R I C I T Y D I S T R I B U T I O N N O N - B A N K F I N A N C I N G 234,847 new natural gas users were connected in Colombia and 90,000 in Peru during the year. Surtigas was recognized as the best public utility company in its region, with a 94% satisfaction rating in a survey which evaluated such things as knowledge, favorability and trust.. Gases de Occidente is the best public utility company in the city of Cali, having obtained the highest ratings over a period of more than 10 years. Compañía Energética de Occidente energy sales rose by 9.42% and its loss indicator fell by 6.17%, 4.99 points below the figure stipulated in the contract. Brilla expanded both its range of services, with new insurance products and education loans, and its coverage, when the program was introduced for Compañía Energética de Occidente customers.

23 Promigas and UNDP have carried out a program aimed at strengthening local disaster risk management capabilities in Magdalena and La Guajira provinces, in northern Colombia. This has been an opportunity to contribute to disaster risk management processes from the regional planning side.
24 The foundation won the prestigious Portafolio award in the Contribution to the Community category for its focus on projecting new ways for volunteers to act in the country in the field of education. Present in 80 towns and locations throughout the country. Has directly assisted 634 education establishments and 3,220 teachers and managers. Has influenced the learning experience of 258,613 students. The following have benefited from beinglicensed to use its approaches to work: education establishments teachers and managers students. Promigas and its associated companies have made a social investment of USD 4 million.
