1 Advanced, globally proven mycotoxin testing from farm to fork Fast, easy and highly accurate mycotoxin testing with the revolutionary TOXIQuant system TOXIMet enhancing food safety from producer to consumer

2 Extract test sample The ToxiQuant system allows non-scientists to produce highly accurate results, economically and in less than 10 minutes From sample to accurate results in 6 easy steps: 1 Extract sample in a blender with the recommended solvent Clean up sample with ToxiSep cartridge 2 Pass filtered extract through ToxiSep clean-up cartridge 3 Load desorbed solution onto the ToxiTrace detection cartridge Load sample onto ToxiTrace cartridge

3 4 Insert ToxiTrace into ToxiQuant instrument and press run in the easy to follow menu Insert cartridge into the ToxiQuant 5 The ToxiQuant automatically scans and analyses the sample, so you can sit back and have a cup of tea while it does all the work for you. 6 The results will be waiting for you on the ToxiQuant digital screen. No need for calculations, just print or download the results. Wait for five minutes If you would like to arrange a product demonstration, please call us on Aflatoxin B1: 2.4 ppb Aflatoxin B2: 1.1 ppb Aflatoxin G1: 2.2 ppb Aflatoxin G2: 0.7 ppb Aflatoxin Total: 6.4 ppb Read accurate results on screen

4 A revolutionary technology for the detection of mycotoxins in food. ToxiMet s founder, Professor Ray Coker, worked for over 30 years advising many major global organisations including the Food and Agricultural Organisation, USAID, the World Health Organisation and the EU on the international management and control of mycotoxins. While leading projects in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, he identified the need for a simple, rugged, economical and fast method for detecting mycotoxins. His vision was to introduce a testing system that could be used by non-scientists but would deliver the same accurate and precise results as highly complex and expensive HPLC methods. Following 10 years of development and multi-million pound investment, thetoxiquant system has allowed Ray to realise his vision. The simplicity of the system enables its implementation at all points along the food supply chain, from the farmer to the fork. Systems are installed across five continents allowing producers, traders, processors and food companies to comply with the highest food safety standards. Considerable savings are achieved by reducing the time and cost of testing which in-turn has an impact on storage costs by allowing stock to be released more quickly. Working with HPLC is difficult, time-consuming and also very expensive. The ToxiQuant system, being very fast and easy to use has completely changed the way we work. From making the slurry to getting the results takes 40 minutes which is very helpful in allowing us to make decisions quickly. This has, in turn, had a significant effect on storage and shipping times. The cost saving is realised across the whole business. We have found that the tests are more accurate than those contracted out and even more economical. We also no longer have to purchase expensive HPLC instruments and are assured of equivalent results. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the product and the technical support that the company has provided to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this machine to other companies.
