LES is a certified Hubzone, US Coast Guard approved OSRO Louisiana based environmental services company formed by a team of professionals specializing in providing emergency response, site remediation and environmental construction in a safe and effective manner. Our services include 24 hour emergency response, disaster response, oil spill and chemical cleanup, debris removal, environmental construction, environmental demolition, hazardous materials and asbestos remediation, and specialized project staffing. Our experienced management staff has a diverse environmental related work history supported by a core field support team consisting of superintendants, foremen, heavy equipment operators, truck drivers and skilled laborers. More than 20 years of experience providing environmental services enables us to accurately evaluate your current and future needs. 3 Emergency Response LES provides specialized around the clock emergency services and is a well experienced confident provider of emergency response services. LES has been helping clients resolve their complex needs in the areas of hazardous waste spills and has consistently delivered prompt, reliable results. LES haqs the ability to mobilize upwards of 1000 trained personnel in 48 hours or less anywhere in the USA. Our team of core personnel has over 50 years of experience and training in responding to environmental emergencies and disasters. LES s emergency response managers and hazmat technicians are highly remarked for their professionalism, wealth of experience and knowledge. Our goal is to minimize environmental damage with minimal disruptions and cleanup cost to the client. Our experience and knowledge allows us to quickly respond, evaluate and implement an effective cleanup to all levels of emergencies. We maintain an inventory of equipment for hazardous material cleanup that can be mobilized immediately to an incident, where time is crucial in response to emergencies. 5 Construction LES performs many various construction and demolition projects ranging from concrete work to installation and the maintenence of soil and ground water treatment systems. We grade sites, construct roads, foundations, parking lots, sidewalks, curb sides and drainge gutters in completing many restoration projects. LES s project managers are experienced in the construction of a variety of treatment systems and doing repairs and performing maintenance to those systems. Due to being a company that is multi-faceted in all the construction trades, many of our resources are not limited to only environmental construction in which we are often approached to also perform in unrelated construction projects where we exceed the clients expectations in quality of workmanship in a cost efficent manner. 6 Disaster Response LES has unique capabilities for disaster relief services and as an environmental service company, LES works with government entities for solving natural and environmental disaster problems for all types of debris, environmental waste removal, and demolition activities. LES also provides mold remediation & asbestos abatement from both commercial buidings and industrial sites. In chemical and oil spills, LES provides immediate emergency deployment, inspection, and maintenance of containment boom lines to both marine inland and offshore spill incidents. LES has a wealth of experience in disaster relief, mold remediation, debris removal, vessel removal, and demolition activities in where we are able to manage large scale cleanup activities.. LES was a key provider for skilled and experienced site superintendents, foremen, equipment operators, along with managers as resources to other companies in their own hurricane Katrina disaster relief operations throughout the entire gulf region. 9 LES Key Personnel Cecil Lawson, President and CEO Cecil Lawson has over 25 years experience in the field of environmental, industrial cleaning and marine services. Cecil has directed field personnel in the cleanup of hazardous waste sites, and in response to emergencies for oil spills,transportation incidents and fixed facility releases. He supervised field operations for 19 removal projects in USEPA ERCS and ERRS programs and responded to and managed recovery efforts for over 200 emergency responses involving multi million gallon oil spills, PCB releases, leaking drums. In particular, Cecil supervised excavation, soil fixation, containment system construction, decontamination and demolition, residential removal and restoration and civil construction projects. Cecil has managed multidisciplinary field teams ranging in size from 5 to 280 personnel. In November 2005 Cecil started Lawson Environmental Service LLC with the goal of becoming a full service environmental company to provide the best possible service for clients utilizing cost effective strategies. Patricia Lawson, Vice President and CFO Patti has over 20 years experience in accounting and compliance. She graduated from Central Methodist College with a Masters in consuling and was in education for 15 years before retiring to become CFO with LES. Patti owned and operated a major tax and accounting franchise for over 20 years and is very familiar with various accounting softwae including RCMS. She is trained in 40 hour hazwoper and as an instructor. Clint Lawson, Vice President of Operations and Senior Response Manager Clint has over 10 years experience in the environmental field, industrial cleaning and hazmat response. Clint has Supervised field personnel in the cleanup of oil spills, tank cleaning, chemical spills and site prep and remediation. Clint has been trained in 40 hour hazwopper, confined space entry, SCBA, and 40 hour asbestos supervisor certified. Clint is also proficient in the operation of all types of heavy equipment including twin engine response boats.

10 Kim Johnson, Senior Response Manager Kim has over 12 years experience in the environmental field, industrial cleaning and marine services. Kim has certification as a supervisor for asbestos abatement, 40 hour hazwopper, confined space entry, SCBA and classes in project and contract management. Kim has supervised crews on numerous oil and chemical spills, asbestos abatement projects and operates all types of heavy equipment including twin engine response vessels. Ewell Baudin, Business Development /Senior Project Management Ewell has over 35 years experience in the environmental field since earning his Bachelors Degree from LSU. Ewell has extensive experience in project estimating and management. Ewell has served has Director of Field Services at numerous LPST and waste site closures thourghout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. Methods included on-site and off-site bioremediation, thermal treatment, waste manifesting, transportation and disposal, and on-site encapsulation.mr. Baudin supervised the largest Statewide Order 29-B oilfield site closure in Louisiana to date.mr. Baudin a member of the Hazardous Waste Management Society, Certified Environmental Inspector (EAA), certified 40 hour hazwoper trained, Louisiana Underground Storage Tank (UST) Response Contractor, Mississippi Licensed UST Response Contractor and a NORM Certified Contractor. Bertha (Pachi) Morante: Administrative Assistant and Project Accountant Pachi earned her Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration and has over 10 years experience in accounting and as an administrative assistant. Pachi has been trained in 40 hour hazwopper and worked on numerous emergency responses and oil spills.
