Since 1964, the MULTI- BETON floor heating systems have been developed in theory, planning, material and construction. In 1967, the first MULTIBETON underfloor heating was fitted. By the late 1970s, several thousand residential units were fitted with MUL- TIBETON. Since then, the medium-sized company has been managed by the same owners. MULTIBETON offers a 30-year guarantee on the system tubes. This is an excellent expression of fairness, which has never been used since the existence of MULTIBETON underfloor heating. 4 Laying diagram The MULTIBETON modulation method is a concept which determines the laying of MULTIBE- TON system tubes on the floor and walls. Put simply, more tube is laid where a higher impact of cold exists. These conditions can be found on windows and outside walls, for instance. In the area of the centre of the room, less system pipe can be used. This means that the rooms are not overheated, the floor remains comfortably lukewarm. In practice, you achieve a virtually stable room temperature, which is regulated in accordance with the Kollmar diagram. This room climate is perceived to be very comfortable by the user and also boosts his health. Systems for varied use Multiplaner software In order to achieve the above economy, MULTIBETON has developed a software with which planners calculate the heating load and laying of the MULTIBETON system tubes individually for every development project. The complete development from concept, screen design and programming of the software was carried out by MULTIBETON singlehandedly. A highlight of the software is the installation plan with the CAD-drawn system tubes. In doing so, the expert can explain to his client the MULTIBETON laying method on the basis of the relevant development project. The software is unique in its idea and implementation. This gives our business partners further headway when it comes to technology and sales. Heating and cooling The MULTIBETON underfloor heating system along with the special MULTIBETON laying method is also suitable as a system for quite cooling above the floor. This system is low-cost, as you only require a cold water set with regulation or a reversible heat pump. As with the tried and tested MUL- TIBETON underfloor heating system, the MULTIBETON underfloor cooling achieves its best performance, in this case cooling, in the area of the windows and outside walls, counteracting the greatest impact of heat. 5 The best is just about good enough. Only authorised MULTIBETON sells its systems to specialist heating dealers only. This means that it has a transparent sales concept. Architects and builders are not only provided with quality in the materials, but also in the installation of the underfloor heating, as the Technology department at MULTIBETON GmbH offers so-called system trainings for fitters. As such, every specialist heating company that installs MULTIBETON is trained and authorised by MULTI- BETON to install MULTIBETON. Thermo-installation The MULTIBETON system tubes are installed in warm and water-carrying condition only. This means that they are laid without tension and twists. This careful method maximises the lifecycle of these system tubes. Thermo-installation makes the laying in the MULTIBETON modulation method possible, as the heating tubes are far too stiff when cold to be laid in a heat-physiologically sensible way. This method is used by MULTIBETON only. Intelligently integrated The MULTIBETON surface heating is invisible in the screed or plaster of the wall. No radiators are therefore ever in the way, where children, for instance, might injure themselves, or which would waste valuable space. Steel-clips rail In order to fit the MULTI- BETON system pipes to the ground, the MULTIBETON steel-clips rail was developed. It ensures an additional reinforcement of the screed, has a similar range and fastens the system tubes in a careful way. Standard insulation By using the MULTIBETON steel-clips rail, only low-cost standard insulation, without costly lamination, is used. It must be noted here that this insulation is also recognised in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance. There is no need for the use of a laminated PUR insulation, for instance in the cellar area, with MULTIBETON. 4
