2 OZONE It is well known that ozone (allotropic state of oxygen) is an unstable gas composed of trioxygen (03) and in the nature it is formed in the atmosphere by the action of ultraviolet light or also atmospheric electrical discharges during the thunderstorms. In the mountains it is present in a greater concentration perceived by the humans by a feeling of freshness and cleanliness (clean air). Ozone (O3) is therefore a natural gas that leaves no trace or chemical residue. Its high oxidizing power and the natural tendency to return oxygen (O2) makes it a product with high potential for employment in a lot of applications for the treatment of air, water and in processes in the food and beverage industry. Chemical properties The chemical formula of ozone is O3. Ozone is a gas with a sharp and penetrating odour, but colourless. In nature it is (after fluorine) the element with the greatest oxidizing power, equal to 2.07 V. The oxidizing power of chlorine is for example equal to 1,36 V and therefore much lower. The molecular weight of ozone is equal to 48 g/mol; at the pressure of 1 atm it has a melting point of C and a boiling point of C. It is an unstable gas and decomposes naturally into oxygen; therefore it must be produced at the time of use. SAFETY AND REFERENCE STANDARDS IN THE PATENTED SYSTEMS OZOSÌ In 1982, ozone was internationally recognized as a safe gas for food use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. As a matter of fact, low concentrations and short contact times are sufficient to destroy or inactivate bacteria, mildew, yeasts, parasites and viruses. One of the challenges of the third millennium is microbiological safety as there are many risks in our daily lives that we usually underestimate and ignore. In our applications, ozone is produced by UV lamps and/or corona discharge systems which are able to reproduce what normally happens in nature. We use innovative and patented systems for measuring, controlling and catalyzing (reconverting into oxygen) ozone. Reference standards and legislations: Directive 2003/40/EC: use of ozone for the treatment of mineral waters. Legislative Decree No. 81 of 09/04/2008: obligations of the employer to assure suitable hygienic conditions in the workplace. State-Regions Permanent Conference 5th October 2006: draft Guidelines for the definition of technical protocols for predictive maintenance on air-conditioning systems. UNI technical standard: health requirements of aeraulical systems. UNI technical standard: requirements of circulation systems for the treatment and disinfection of swimming pool water. HACCP, EMAS and ISO 14000: the use of ozone offers advantages for certification purposes. The use of ozone in the patented Ozosi air and water systems is performed in full compliance with the APPLICABLE REGULATIONS on the permissible exposure limits for humans and the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. The Ozosi systems produce, control and decompose into O2 the ozone in order to sanitize. EC rules identifying the ozone dangerousness if expelled in external environment (Combinations with other substances EC rules that identify the dangerousness of ozone if it is introduced into the external environment (combination with other substances): EC EC EC OZONE HUMAN EXPOSURE LIMITS EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT - In Italy apply the following limits: 110 μg/m3 eight hour average ozone concentration for the protection of human health 180 μg/m3 one hour ozone concentration attention -limit 200 μg/m3 one hour ozone concentration that must be reached only once a month 360 μg/m3 one hour ozone concentration alarm -limit WORKING ENVIRONMENT TLV (THRESHOLD LIMIT VALUES) 100 μg/m3 TLV-TWA limit value with term average (8 hours x 5 days) 200 μg/m3 TLV-C threshold limit values (max 15 minutes or less) in 8 working hours 400 μg/m3 TLV-STEL threshold limit value with short-term exposure (15minutes)

3 OZOSÌ SYSTEM PORTABLE LINE Line OZOSÌ Black Air and Double (AIR / Water) Patent of invention EVERGREEN N The line OZOSÌ AIR AND DOUBLE (AIR / WATER) is a patented and innovating system to ensure the microbiological safety of air, water, rooms and surfaces. The line AIR AND DOUBLE, thanks to its exclusive ozone operating system attacks various organic compounds oxidizing and inactivating them (mites, bacteria, fungus, mildew, viruses, for example Legionnaires disease). The exclusive patent guarantees the production, the control and the reconversion of ozone at the end of the treatment in full compliance with the applicable regulations. Easy to use and programmable by electronic control unit or manual timer on the front of the machine. The line OZOSÌ AIR enables programming a sanitation cycle in the absence of persons inside the environment that has to be treated: a) Production of ozone through crown introduction system. b) Catalyzing of excess ozone (reconversion into oxygen). c) Perfuming with OZOSÌ fragrances OZOSÌ AIR is handy and easily movable to every need. It is ideal for small to medium areas: homes, kitchens, restaurants, clinics, medical offices, hotel rooms. OXYGEN O2 ELECTRIC DISCHARGE OZONE O 3 INACTIVATING BACTERIA CATALYZING OF OZONE OXYGEN O 2 AND VIRUSES (PATENT OF INVENTION) PERFUMING WITH NATURAL FRAGRANCES The line OZOSÌ DOUBLE AIR / WATER is equipped with a selector/switch that excludes the air treatment function allowing only the water treatment. Therefore it will be possible to inflate the ozone into the water through a microporous terminal to be placed under the driving. The ozone containing water can be used as a natural disinfectant that does not leave residues. The electronic control unit or the timer on the front of the machine allows the timing of the operating time that has to be proportional to the treated water (read the recommended terms in the user and maintenance manual). OZOSÌ AIR SPLIT 200 is easy to use and to program by a simple and convenient infrared remote control. Programming of OZOSÌ AIR SPLIT 200 allows three working cycles: a) Diurnal and/or in the presence of persons (electrostatic filtration efficiency grade 98.5%); b) Diurnal and/or in the presence of persons (electrostatic filtration and air depurating by UV lamps); c) Nocturnal and/or in the absence of persons (air, area and surface sanitation).

5 AIR TREATMENT WITH OZONE ADVANTAGES Air treatment The use of ozone in air is a natural, safe and effective way of improving the microbiological safety of environments and surfaces. It is ideal for eliminating bacteria, fungus, mildew, viruses (such as Legionnaires disease) and for deodorizing the air in both public and private areas. As a matter of fact ozone attacks the various organic compounds and oxidizes them. Great efficiency is achieved in the microbiological management and control of air handling units, filtration systems and distribution channels on both new and existing plants. Our systems are easy to install and to use and can eliminate these risks, thus increasing plant performance and reducing maintenance costs. Thanks to the patent of industrial invention No all our Ozosi systems produce ozone in a first cycle and then catalyze it (conversion into oxygen) in a second cycle, leaving the environment completely sanitized, accessible and safe for humans. The following fields of application can reap the most benefits from the use of ozone systems: Agroindustrial companies. Pharmaceutical companies. Public areas. Wineries. Hospitals, surgeries, nursing homes, laboratories. Waste disposal companies. Aquariums, livestock and fish farms. Large and small communities (colleges, schools, barracks). Industries with liquid and gaseous polluting waste. Swimming pools, public sports facilities and spas. Hotels. Bars, restaurants. Cars, campers, buses, trailers, aeroplanes. Some of the most important benefits achieved by using our technologies reduction in the emission of environmentally harmful substances during the production cycle (ISO 14000; EMAS); replacement of the chemicals required to achieve production hygiene standards; guarantee of safety for operators responsible for assuring hygiene standards; reduction in the time and labour required to sanitize working environments; reduction in costs for buying of the products required to sanitize the environment; reduction in energy costs for the production of hot water and/or steam for sanitizing surfaces (O 3 is used with cold water); reduction in water consumption; total elimination of chemical residues on surfaces and in production and processing areas; increase in purifier performance and consequent reduction in waste-water disposal costs; guarantee of inactivation of bacteria, mildew and yeasts on surfaces (such as ceilings) difficult to reach using other systems; elimination of undesirable smells even in presence of people during working hours (e.g.: cigarette smoke); microbiological safety and improvement of foodstuffs;
