Unit level cst data is preferred, but plant level cst data can be used with an allcatin factr if unit level data is nt available. When entering data, please use whle numbers and prvide annual ttals. 12 ACR Survey Instructins B5: Operatins and Maintenance Labr (AOML)- labr expenses related directly t peratins and maintenance f the generating unit in The categries f expenses included in Operating and Maintenance Labr are thse incurred fr: (a) n-site based labr engaged in peratins and maintenance activities; (b) ff-site based labr engaged in n-site peratins and maintenance activities directly related t the generating unit; and (c) ff-site based labr engaged in ff-site peratins and maintenance activities directly related t generating unit equipment remved frm the generating unit site. If yu have csts utside f this that yu believe shuld be in this sectin, please verwrite the Other in A6 and insert the categry that yu believe PJM shuld cnsider in A6, enter the value in B6, estimate the % Avidable in C5:C6. Administrative Expense (AAE) in B8:B16- are administrative expenses related directly t emplyees at the generating unit. B9: Administrative Salaries are all emplyee expenses (except emplyee expenses included in Operating Maintenance and Labr) wrking at the generating plant B10: Emplyee Expenses all expenses assciated with the emplyees abve but nt including the csts f salary. B11: Envirnmental Fees are the csts incurred in 2011 fr permits; this des nt include the cst f allwances which are recvered in the energy market (cst ffers include envirnmental allwances) B12: Safety and Operatr Training; This is the cst f all training related t safety and peratins. B13: Office Supplies this is all ffice supplies used at the generating plant. B14: Cmmunicatins this is all expense related t cmmunicatins at the plant. This includes the cst assciated with the use f phne, internet r ther cmmunicatin devices. B15: Annual plant test, inspectin and analysis this is testing and inspectin cst incurred in PJM
