6 Why this location in the County? Gulf South Pipeline is the proposed sole supplier of natural gas to Entergy s Montgomery County Power Station Project in Montgomery County. Construction of the proposed pipeline will utilize where possible Entergy s existing utility right of way which extends from Gulf South s existing natural gas pipeline (Index 129) in San Jacinto County to Entergy s Montgomery County Power Station in Montgomery County. By focusing on the existing utility right of way, Gulf South s proposed design will have reduced impacts. 5
