5 Petrosmith is capable of producing up to 30 tanks per day, with capacities up to 1000 barrels (BBL). Two fully operational tank shops, totaling more than 83,000 square feet of fabrication space, allow us to quickly build, coat, paint and test tanks to our customers specifications. Our 67,000+ square feet of fabrication and painting facilities, on a 35-acre yard, enable us to coat, paint and test up to 15 vessels per day, per client specifications. 8

15 OCTG SALES & SERVICE We offer a wide variety of oil country tubular goods. Our typical stock on hand includes: More than 1.5 million feet of tubing in diameters from 1 ½ to 3 ½ inches. More than 1 million feet of casing in diameters from 4 ½ to 13 3/8 inches. Petrosmith tubular products come in most all weights and grades, inspected and ready to ship. 19 COATING Petrosmith has created one of the most efficient, custom designed facilities in the industry. We also have the latest in high technology, high quality tubular coating services and inventory. Our experienced technicians have been thoroughly trained in the latest coating applications, quality assurance, safety and health procedures, as well as process work-flow management programs to ensure a fast turnaround. Petrosmith s coating facilities are capable of servicing new and used pipe, tubing and casing from feet in length. The coatings prolong the life of your pipes, protecting them from the elements and from the harsh corrosives found in saltwater, petroleum products and other oil and gas production chemicals. 21 DUOLINE FIBERGLASS LINERS Petrosmith and Duoline Technologies have formed a partnership to serve the oil and gas marketplace with Duoline internal lining systems, proven to protect oilfield tubulars from the high cost of corrosion damage. Duoline 20, manufactured by Duoline Technologies, is a filament-wound, fiberglass-reinforced epoxy liner that reliably resists corrosion. Since 1964, more than 100 million feet of Duoline liners have been successfully installed worldwide as a more robust alternative to plastic coatings, and as a high-performance, high-value, cost-effective alternative to corrosion resistant alloys. Whether the applications call for new steel tubing with premium gas tight connections, or reclamation of used tubing with API type threads, Duoline can be applied to satisfy a wide range of applications and customer needs. Duoline has a reputation as The Lining of Choice in CO² injection and waterflood injection fields. Deep gas production and gas-lifted oil production wells have also been a target application for use of the Duoline lining system. The unique process of inserting a rigid fiberglass liner sleeve inside the pipe eliminates the holiday potential created by IPC coating processes. A grouting layer of cement material is placed in the annular space under pressure using a tightly controlled process. The Duoline process does not depend on bonding or adherence of the liner to the steel pipe wall. This benefit, combined with the high hoop strength of the GRE liners, provides the most resilient lining system for high-pressure gas service or water systems with high CO² or H²S content. 20

PLUG AND ABANDONMENT OPERATIONS Petrosmith has four plug and abandonment rigs completely outfitted for the most versatile and efficient operations. Wells are plugged on a contract basis for cash or salvage. TRUCKING Our professional drivers and fleet of trucks are ready to bring equipment to your location. All drivers meet and exceed all safety rules and regulations. We are committed to safety in all aspects of our operations. MACHINE SHOP Petrosmith maintains its own complete machine shop for the reconditioning and remanufacture of parts and components so that we can properly recondition or modify used oilfield equipment to its original specifications. PUMP SHOP We have an on-premise pump reconditioning facility with a large stock of new and reconditioned downhole equipment, including packers, anchors and cementing equipment. PUMPING UNITS Petrosmith carries an inventory of more than 300 pumping units ranging in size from 40 to 912. We can recondition pumping units on-site in our comprehensive facility. 22
