Scope as per TOR Compliance/Report Reference 1 The Sources of raw materials and coal, the details of MoU for linkages of raw materials and coal and list of companies along with copy of agreement between project proponent and companies from whom raw materials and coal to be obtained. 2 The list of companies along with copy of agreement between projects proponent and companies to who the solid wastes (such as iron ore Fines, accretion, char/dolochar, dust/ash, coal fines etc.) to be supplied for disposal/sold 3 The mode of transport of incoming raw materials & coal and outgoing finished products, solid wastes (such as iron ore Fines, accretion, char/dolochar, dust/ash, coal fines etc.) 4 A brief description of the plant, the technology used waste heat utilization and energy conservation. 5 All the coordinates of the plant site with toposheet 6 Detailed material balance and water balance break up of raw materials coal, all solid wastes; break up of water requirement as per different activities in the process/ operations. Iron Ore from Private Iron Ore mines at Barbil Orissa; as well as OMC mines and from NMDC_Bacheli Dantewara (CG) Coal from the SECL mines through linkage. Lime stone from the Ramboad substation and local suppliers. Iron Ore fines are sold in market as a bye product; Char Dolochar; Coal Fines are also being sold as bye product fuel in the market hence does not requires any agreement. Ash and dust will be given to Brick makers free of cost. It is premature to enter into an agreement with these companies because of low qty of solid waste generation being 100 TPD cap. Accretion will be partially sold to some of the metal recovery units and to refractory units. The trucks and vehicles utilised for the transportation of the raw materials and finished products will comply with the environmental standards.
