why prefabricate? An average of 13.4% cost saving compared with conventional build on site (CIBSE) Installation is reduced by 64% minimising on site construction (CIBSE) Quality controlled, factory assembled, pre-tested and commissioned product resulting in minimised risk and increased reliability. Dramatically reduced material waste. Improved Health and Safety due to reduced activity on site and associated hot works.

packaged plant solutions Packaged Plant Solutions provides a broad range of conventional and energy efficient packaged plantroom solutions from inception to completion. Our focus on sustainability ensures our team of experts design every solution to minimise carbon impact for our clients. We work in partnership with our customers and offer a range of services to match their requirements, from pre-packaging only, through to advice on environmental legislation, design and complete plug and play solutions. We deliver high quality, innovative, energy efficient solutions.

our service Packaged Plant Solutions Ltd creates bespoke designs to meet the client s requirements and programme. Our designs maximise the system efficiences and comply with industry regulations. Through our network of leading supply partners, we source plant equipment specific to client s requirements. We fabricate modular solutions tailored to client requirements. We provide full delivery and if required, an integration service.

pre-assembled modules (PAMs) These factory produced units can incorporate a range of mechanical and electrical services within a building including: Water services Drainage Gas Air conditioning Ductwork Electrical and BMS containment Fan coil units Sprinkler distribution Data containment PAM s can be fully integrated into the floor, ceiling or riser voids and preinsulated. This enables the benefits of prefabrication to be applied to all buildings, no matter what size or use, ensuring quality and efficiency

biomass plantrooms Our range of proven standard sized biomass boiler rooms fit most building requirements and contribute towards part L compliance for on-site generation. We also analyse client needs to ensure exact project-fit is designed, including requirements for fuel storage and delivery. Our standard biomass range include: 250/350 kw 450/550 kw 700/900 kw Packaged Plant Solutions design packages and deliver bespoke biomass boiler and biomass CHP solutions up to 2 MW, with a wide variety of fuel types. Guaranteed Fuel Supply We offer long term fuel supplies with fixed prices (indexed appropriately)

traditional combined heat and power (CHP) / tri-generation Plug and play CHP units from Packaged Plant Solutions range betweer 24 kw and 2 MW. They can be installed in multiples to provide flexible generation of much higher outputs. We provide solutions to reflect client heat and power requirements, to ensure an efficient match. This necessitates an in-depth understanding of each client s seasonal heat and power requirements, and the objectives of the project. Key facts: A CHP installation which is matched correctly against the client s energy usage will provide axamption from the Carbon Commitment Levy (CCL). CHP systems can offer up to 80% efficiency which will support the clients carbon reduction programme as part of their Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC). All units are remotely monitored and offered with a range of maintenance options to suit client requirements.

chp plantrooms Turbines offer all the benefits of traditional reciprocating CHP but within a smaller footprint, affording a quieter and more compact solution. Maintenance schedules are far less frequent because of the inherent design, incorporating only one moving part. This results in reduced maintenance costs and down-time for the user.

energy centres Packaged Plant Solutions offer comprehensive designed and prefabricated turnkey solutions for central energy centres, so often as part of district heating schemes. We also provide a range of skid solutions for base applications to connect district heating systems and apply our pre-assembled module designs to applications for riser and floor distribution. Our energy centres are bespoke plantrooms designed to address both the ESCO and planning requirements. They incorporate a variety of traditional and sustainable generation technologies, integrated into one package.
