Automated Welding Line: We imported advanced and automated welding line for tank cylinder manufacturing. Automatic welding ensures uniform welding quality all over the time and gives longer corrosion production thus the long life of tank. Seven Tank Powder Coating Plant: Redren has an in-house powder coating plant with a world class chemical pre-treatment process which helps to maintain surface finish as per the ISO Standard. The powder used in the process is pure polyester, sourced from renowned manufacturers, pre-treatment process along with the best quality powder yields highest corrosion resistance along with superfine aesthetics. High Pressure Puff Injection Line: We have the high pressure puff injection machine, with constant temperature control unit. High pressure puff injection is responsible for a uniform puff density throughout the tank, Which ensures very low overnight heat loss due to High Puff Injection stable granule structure of insulation is achieved. Flat Plat Collector Manufacturing Line: Redren has a sophisticated Flat Plate Collector Manufacturing Facility with BIS certification making it a Leader in ISI approved collector Manufacturers. Raw materials used in the process are BIS standard certified. The FPC passed a hydraulic 5/KG cm as a part of the stringent quality process. FEATURES OF ETC Ultra-tough tank : With the new ultra-tough cylindrical tank made from finest mild/low carbon steel/ss 304, Redren's ETC solar water heaters come with ultra-heat resistance and prolonged corrosion protection. Ultra-conductive collector : Evacuated Glass Tube Collector with ultra-conductive three layer selective coating (CU-SS-AL), ensures maximum heat absorption, delivering ample hot water, even on cloudy days.
