Along with the module quality, the design and layout of a solar power plant define its performance. Our solar power plant solutions have undergone the industry s toughest quality testing program by the VDE Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies and achieved their Quality Tested seal of approval. At the Zerbst solar farm in Germany (representative of other Hanwha Q CELLS solar power plants), the VDE tested individual components, as well as the design, planning, and implementation. BEACON COMPLEX CANTIL, CALIFORNIA, USA MWp 2017 The Beacon Solar Energy Project is located in eastern Kern County at the western edge of California s Mojave Desert. The project boasts a nominal power output of MW, which produces enough clean energy to power over 14,000 households. The solar power generated from the plant will service the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). 15

WOODLAND, CALIFORNIA, USA 2.5 MWp 2016 TIENDAS SORIANA I, II SAN JOSE, MEXICO 4.4 MWp Hanwha Q CELLS installed 2.5 MWp of Q CELLS Q.PRO L-G2 310 Wp panels at six locations in the city of Woodland, California, USA. Hanwha Q CELLS constructed two ground-mounted solar power plants and four rooftop and carport solar installations to help the city reduce its carbon footprint. Under the off-take agreement, Hanwha Q CELLS will be the seller and the city of Woodland will be the energy off-taker. Hanwha Q CELLS USA and Tiendas Soriana S.A. de C.V., Mexico s second largest retail company, signed a 20-year PPA for 31 MW at 120 retail locations across Mexico. Hanwha Q CELLS is financing all 31 MW. In phase I, Hanwha Q CELLS installed 12,000 high efficiency Q CELLS Q.PRO-G3 250 Wp panels to provide 3.05 MW of combined generation capacity. In 2016 for phase 2, Hanwha Q CELLS installed 1.3 MWp of HSL 60 S 260 Wp panels

10 References OSPVF, ONTARIO, CANADA 42.5 MWp 2014 The OSPVF projects were successfully constructed during the harsh North Ontario winter. Hanwha collaborated with Canadian structural engineers to develop a unique pile system. Many other US EPC companies have abandoned Ontario, but buoyed by our success, Hanwha Q CELLS is now actively bidding projects in Ontario. Maywood INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, USA 10.9 MWp 2014 The Maywood Solar Farm project transformed an existing 43-acre Superfund site into an 11 MW solar renewable energy park. In coordination with the US EPA, Hanwha Q CELLS USA, site owner Vertellus Specialties Inc., and other project partners, completed the ground mounted solar array in June of GARNET, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, USA 5.0 MWp 2014 Hanwha Q CELLS USA constructed a ground-mounted single-axis tracker system totaling 5 MW located in North Palm Springs, CA. The project interconnects to SCE's 33 kv distribution system and the energy is sold to SCE under a Power Purchase Agreement. KREP OAHU, HAWAII, USA 6.2 MWp 2013 With a capacity of 6.2 MW, the Kalaeloa Renewable Energy Park is the largest solar photovoltaic project in Oahu, Hawaii. The project generates approximately 9 million kilowatt hours (kwh) of electricity per year, enough to power 1,000 homes and supply approximately half a percent (0.5 %) of the generation capacity for the Island of Oahu
