Food Waste Recycling Machine Processes all types of organic waste like curry, roti, bread, egg-shells, chicken bones, fish, fish bones, fruits, fruit peels, vegetables, peels, left-overs of kitchen waste or any other biodegradable waste is converted into Organic Manure or Compost.

Food Waste Recycling Machine FEATURES Designed specifically on the principal of providing complete composting system in a single unit. In-built high RPM shredder, composting tank. humidity sensor, moisture control and air ventilation system. Fully automatic (option to upgrade for remote access), low power consumption and compact in size. SIEMENS sensor board operation on patented technology for automation. The temperature required for thermophilic digester is maintained by inbuilt heater % volume reduction of waste is achieved with NO addition of any micro-organism. Besides being a silent machine, it also has NO odor, harmful gases or pathogens. Shredder, shaft, blades, composting tank and exterior panels made with high grade SS 304 material to make sure of maximum life of the machine. Internal mixing blades automatically stop when waste input door or compost removal door is opened. Automatic overload function (machine comes to a halt in case of overload), with provision for indicators for power, heater, overload and power saving mode

Horticulture Waste or Wood Recycling Machine Agriculture waste like Dry leafs, Wood, Grass, Dry Flowers can be converted into Biomass pellets which can be used for multiple purposes. Biomass pellets have higher burning calorific value as compared to coal and will be a future source of renewable energy for generating electricity. FEATURES In-built high RPM shredder, composting tank. humidity sensor and moisture generating system. Fully automatic (option to upgrade for remote access), low power consumption and compact in size SIEMENS sensor board operating on patented technology for automation Besides achieving 85-90% volume reduction, it also has NO odor, harmful gases or pathogens. Shredder, shaft, blades, composting tank and exterior panels made with high grade SS 304 material to make sure of maximum life of the machine. Automatic overload function (machine comes to a halt in case of overload), with provision for indicators for power, heater, overload and power saving mode

Advantages of Biomass Pellets 1. Biomass Pellets provide the best ratio between price and quality, essentially giving more heat for a lower price. 2. They are used as smokeless Burning Fuel for furnace/boilers (replacement of Petroleum Coke), Cooking Fuel and Fire Place Heating. 3. Due to the low relative moisture content and a continued process of dosing the pellets into boilers and furnaces, the utilization rates exceed 90 % 4. Due to its high moisture retaining properties it can be used with organic compost as well. 5. Further machinery and equipment can generate electricity from Biomass Pellets after extracting methane from controlled combustion and filtration processes.

Horticulture Waste or Wood Recycling Machine PROCESS Shredding Mixing Tank Conveyor Pellets Making SHREDDING: The High RPM shredder is used for wood chipping and converting into saw dust by inputting materials of dry leaves, grass, dry flowers, twigs and wood logs from 10 to 50mm (upto 2 inches). MIXING (CHURNING) TANKS: Shredded Material is mixed and washed by maintaining perfect humidity and moisture content through automatic sensor based systems in the tanks. CONVEYORS: The mixed material is then passed through the Climate Controlled Conveyors to the pelleting unit for Biomass Pellets making. BIOMASS PELLETS MAKING: Final output is derived in the form of smokeless biofuel pellets, roughly the size of 6-10mm. These pellets have a high calorific value of 5.3 kwh/kg in comparison with wood which have a 5-10 % lower calorific value.

Tyre Recycling Plant (1000 kgs/hr) PROCESS Volume Reduction is achieved by shredding the tire into 12X12mm unsegregated Shredded rubber Waste. This heavy duty Shredder has the capacity to shred 1000Kg/hr. Further processing (optional) is done by segregation of rubber from the wire mess through the vibrator conveyors. Heavy Duty Shredder 11Ft.(L) X 6Ft.(H) X 4Ft.(B) Shredded Rubber Waste Vibrating Conveyors Shredded Rubber Stripes & Powder

Poultry/Animal Waste Recycling Plant (1000 kgs/day) PROCESS SHREDDING: The High RPM shredder receives all the big/small bones as well as hard/soft poultry and animal waste. This heavy duty Shredder has the capacity to shred 500Kg/hr. CONVEYORS: The shredded waste then goes below the two pillars of the big shredder and unto the conveyor belt COMPOSTING: Conveyor top drops all the shredded waste into the 1000Kgs Compost Machine inlet at the top. In next 24 hours it s converted into Compost Shredder: 11Ft.(L) X 6Ft.(H) X 4Ft.(B) Conveyor: 14Ft.(L) X 11Ft.(H) X 3Ft.(B) Composter: 10Ft.(L) X 6.5Ft.(H) X 6Ft.(B)

Paper Recycling Machine All types of paper waste can be converted into paper bricks, paper plates, soft cardboard, egg crates, etc. Process BOILING: At the recycling facility, the paper is separated by type and grade. It is then placed inside a big vat called a pulpier where it is chopped into pieces and then water is added. SCREENING: During this process, the pulp is put through screens to remove items such as plastic tape. Larger pulp fibers are separated into smaller fibers, and any remaining bulk materials such as staples and paper clips are removed. DEINKING: The industrial process of removing printing ink from paper fibers of recycled paper to make deinked pulp. The key in the deinking process is the ability to detach ink from the fibers. This is achieved by a combination of mechanical action and chemical means. Next, the pulp is refined, color-stripped, and bleached. It is then converted to paper sheets where are wound into giant rolls and removed from the paper making machine.

Plastic Recycling Machine All flexible plastic waste can be converted into reusable plastic products such as highly durable plastic chips which can be used for making pot hole free roads. Process Sorting: It is necessary that every plastic item is separated according to its make and type so that it can be processed accordingly in the shredding machine. Washing Once the sorting has been done, the plastic waste needs to be washed properly to remove impurities such as labels and adhesives. This enhances the quality of the finished product. Shredding After washing, the plastic waste is loaded into different conveyer belts that run the waste through the different shredders. These shredders tear up the plastic into small pellets, preparing them for recycling into other products. Identification and Classification of Plastic After shredding, a proper testing of the plastic pellets is conducted in order to ascertain their quality and class. Extruding This involves melting the shredded plastic so that it can be extruded into pellets, which are then used for making different types of plastic product

WASTE MANAGEMENT We have a range of Waste Management Services that take great care to assess your industry-specific needs and provide you with appropriate and efficient solutions for the collection, removal and recycling of your waste.

Principles of Waste Management The waste hierarchy refers to the 3 R s - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, which classify waste management strategies according to their desirability in terms of waste minimisation. The waste hierarchy remains the cornerstone of most waste minimisation strategies. The aim of the waste hierarchy is to extract the maximum practical benefits from products and to generate the minimum amount of waste. The waste hierarchy is represented as a pyramid because the basic premise is to prevent the generation of waste. The next step or preferred action is to reduce the generation of waste i.e. by re-use. And lastly is to recycle which would include composting. Following this step is material recovery and waste-to-energy.
