Machinery for Renewable energy generation needs Automatic Lubrication Systems to reduce maintenance costs and increase the useful life of key components.

Technical Systems: Double line (Duomatic) TheBEST In heavy duty conditions, such as cold or heat extreme temperatures, dirt or wet environment, RIVI s double line systems offer a reliable method to lubricate friction points. This centralized system is able to supply lubricant to lube points efficiently. Double line systems allows even more flexibility in dosage of lubricant, by combination with progressive Quicklub. The double line system is possible to be refurbished at anytime. Features: Grease protection (bleeding or oil separation) The SMART version improves the reliability and efficiency, even under Offshore or Cold Climate Conditions. Useful life higher than 30 years. Suitable for every greases Visual or electric monitoring (optional). Simple and individual dosage each couple of outsides can be adapted individually. Stainless steel components available Maintenance free

Technical Systems : Single Line (CentroMatic) Efficient & Multipurpose The CentroMatic systems are used when the lubrication needings implies frequent lubrication cycles of small grease volumes. CentroMatic injectors direct action has a metal to metal adjustment, and pistons capable of deliver lubricants even at high pressures. Each injector is individually driven, and supply to only one lubrication point. It can be adjusted with high precision to supply the exact quantity of lubricant required. Whenever the pumpstation be powerful enough, and piping size be appropriate, the entire lube system can be expanded at anytime. Single line system is possible to be refurbished at anytime, even with automatic grease recovery systems. Features: Grease protection (bleeding or oil separation) Under a proper design it allows to work even under Offshore or Cold Climate Conditions. Useful life higher than 30 years. Suitable for most greases Visual or electric monitoring (optional). Simple and individual dosage Maintenance free

Technical Systems: Multiline & Progressive system (Quicklub) price The Quicklub systems have been designed to satisfy the most restrictive lubrication requirements of machines and equipment. Its reliability is based on the principle of progressive function, where the lubricant is delivered to the lubrication points by pressure driven pistons. The lubrication occurs in intervals regulated a maximum pressure of 350 bar. So that, the lubrication of the lube points is also feasible even against high backpressures. QuickLub systems can service up to three independent circuits, each one with its own pump elements and numerous lubrication points. Every Quicklub system is easy to monitor and it ensures that the precise and metered quantity of lubricant reaches to each one of the lubrication points connected to the system. Features: QUICKLUB system vs CENTROMATIC system Under a proper design it allows to workevenunderoffshoreorcold Climate Conditions. Useful life higher than 25 years. Suitable for many greases. Electric monitoring (optional). Easy to control and maintain. High price

Geothermal industry Geothermal power is cost effective, reliable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. Recent technological advances have dramatically expanded the range and size of viable resources, especially for applications such as home heating, opening a potential for widespread exploitation. Geothermal wells release greenhouse gases trapped deep within the earth, but these emissions are much lower per energy unit than those of fossil fuels. As a result, geothermal power has the potential to help mitigate global warming if widely deployed in place of fossil fuels. The Earth's geothermal resources are theoretically more than adequate to supply humanity's energy needs, but only a very small fraction may be profitably exploited. Drilling and exploration for deep resources is very expensive. Forecasts for the future of geothermal power depend on assumptions about technology, energy prices, subsidies, and interest rates. As a result of government assisted research and industry experience, the cost of generating geothermal power has decreased by 25% over the past two decades. Lubrication systems have been one of the keys for this savings.

Biodiesel industry Biodiesel is commonly produced by the trans esterification of the vegetable oil or animal fat feedstock. There are several methods for carrying out this trans esterification reaction including the common batch process, supercritical processes, ultrasonic methods, and even microwave methods. The machinery used to produce biodiesel require of environmentally friendly automatic lubrication systems in order to achieve the R.O.I expected. Lube systems are responsible that every mechanism, gears, bearings, guides, bushes, chains, etc work properly under operation loads, speed, temperature and moisture, avoiding undesired breakdowns.

Wood pellets Pellet fuels (or pellets) are fuels made from compressed organic matter, or, biomass. Pellets can be made from any one of five general categories of biomass: industrial waste and coproducts, food waste, agricultural residues, energy crops and virgin lumber. Wood pellets are the most common type of pellet fuel and are generally made from compacted sawdust and related industrial wastes from the milling of lumber, manufacture of wood products and furniture, and construction. They can be used as fuels for power generation, commercial or residential heating, and cooking. Pellets are extremely dense and can be produced with less than 10% moisture content that allows them to be burned with a very high combustion efficiency. Lubrication systems for pellet production machines are essential due to heavy duty conditions they usually operate.

Hydroelectric power plants Hydroelectricity is the term referring to electricity generated by hydropower; the production of electrical power through the use of the gravitational force of falling or flowing water. It is the most widely used form of renewable energy, accounting for 16% of global electricity generation. Most hydroelectric power comes from the potential energy of dammed water driving a water turbine and generator. The power extracted from the waterdependsonthevolumeandonthedifferenceinheightbetweenthesourceandthewater'soutflow.a large pipe delivers water from the reservoir to the turbine. Both Generator and Turbine are mechanism where proper lubrication is absolutely mandatory. RIVI designs and manufacture the optimal lubrication system, at best and affordable price.
