3 TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Our commitments to safety and protecting the environment go hand-in-hand with our wealth of technical expertise. We are an Alberta company, and we know this country. We ve worked successfully in some of the most challenging terrain, including the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and on sensitive farmland. We always use best management practices to minimize our environmental footprint. We routinely use rubber-tired wheel ditchers, for instance, to reduce ditch width to 500 mm, and we pay close attention to ground conditions. We ensure adequate ditch line compaction while also ensuring soil horizons are returned to their original state when the job is done. 4 PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION Experienced in the installation of steel, fiberglass, FlexSteel, FlexPipe, Fiberspar LinePipe and HDPE pipe, we re experts at building pipelines between 60 mm and 324 mm in diameter. 5 OUR HISTORY Evergreen Energy was established by a group of working partners with a long-standing, proven track record in the industry. Our well-established management team worked together for more than a decade before Evergreen was incorporated in Our ownership structure is one of our greatest strengths. We are unique in the context that we have ownership representation from the president through to the senior superintendent level and that we are all working partners with specific knowledge and a vested interest in the company s success. Our corporate team has a combined total of more than 200 years of experience in pipeline and facility construction operations, quality control (Certified Welding Technologist), Health & Safety & Environment (NCSO), transportation, service and fabrication. We have estimators, certified procurement specialists, a controller (CA) and administrative staff to support our corporate team. Our frontline team of superintendents, foremen, quality control specialists, journeymen pipe fitters, welders, crane operators, Class 1 drivers, mechanics, apprentices, yard staff, equipment operators and laborers are the best in the business. 6 OUR EQUIPMENT OUR FACILITIES Located in Clairmont, just off Highway #43 and near the north-end of Grande Prairie, our secure, purpose-built facility includes: 13-acre yard 6-acre module construction yard 4500 sq. ft. office space 2700 sq. ft. training facility 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse 7,500 sq. ft. fabrication shop with two 10-ton overhead cranes 10,000 sq. ft. sheltered work area and storage structures 4,500 litre propane fueling station 45,000 litre onsite fueling station Having equipment and operators ready when we need them is part of our total service package. Our rolling stock, all of which is GPS monitored, is well-maintained and ready-to-go on a moment s notice.
