Enviroshore is in the business of providing solutions for processing oily waste waters, liquid and solid hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, and the recovery of reusable products. Enviroshore designs, manufactures, and operates state-of-the-art systems and processes to manage (clean, reclaim and recycle) hydrocarbon waste products and minimize long term liability. 6 Enviroshore GTM Process, Service & Equipment Summary The GTM system has been developed to allow restaurant owners to focus on their core business. The system minimises the down-time incurred when staff have the unpleasant job of cleaning out the grease traps, as well as minimising the downstream environmental problems caused by grease oils flowing into the water works. Prevent FOG (Fats, Oils and Grease) Build-up & Blockages FOG is short for Fats, Oils, and Grease; pollutants commonly found in commercial kitchen waste-water. When FOG gets into our sanitary sewer system it will harden in the lines and cause block-ups or sewer overflows, which may result in raw sewage running onto the ground. FOG build-up is the number one cause of public and private sewage spills. FOG can also cause enormous problems during the waste-water treatment process resulting in unnecessary costs. The easiest way to solve this problem and help prevent overflows is to keep these materials out of the sewer system in the first place, by breaking down the FOG right at the source, to ensure it never enters the system in its hazardous state. Preventing FOG from entering your drain system will also help you to avoid plumbing backups and costly sewer repair bills. Minimizing FOG is the right thing to do for you and our environment! 6

7 enviroshore s GTM System The Bio Treat liquid is dosed through a Peristaltic dosing pump, which automatically doses a set amount of Bio Treat liquid at a specific predetermined time (generally after the restaurant has closed, to allow retention time of the bacteria to break down the oils). A Bio Treat Sock is further added to the system (approximately every two weeks) to increase the Enzyme rates in the Grease Traps, which will lead to breaking down of oils in quicker time frames. The socks also assist in minimising any unpleasant odours that come from the grease traps. 7

8 Bio Treat is a Bio active culture, waste degrader and odour controller. Bio Treat is a stable liquid suspension of spores and vegetative micro-organisms capable of digesting complex proteins, starches, fats, cellulose and vegetable gums. Special bacterial strains in Bio Treat actually digest laundry detergents which can inhibit the performance of the system. Bio Treat contains strains of bacteria which degrade tissue paper, fats, oils and grease at an accelerated rate. Bio Treat can be used in municipal waste water treatment works, oxidation ponds, bio filters, lagoons, septic tanks, pit latrines, grease and fat traps. 9 Within a couple of weeks, even the most severe FOG build-up in grease traps will be broken down by our Bio Treat GTM, and will continue to do so through your entire waste grease drainage system, preventing any build-up or blockages in the future.
