The Delhi Drinking Water System provides drinking water to the communities of Delhi and Courtland. 3 General Information An Annual Report will be posted for each system by the end of February each year on the rfolk County web site at A Summary Report on regulatory compliance is required annually under Schedule 22 of Regulation 170/03 for each municipal drinking water system. This report summarizes any known failures to meet the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, its duration and corrective measures. The reports are presented to rfolk County Council for acceptance before March 31 st each year. The reports are made available to the public in April on the rfolk County web site noted above or by request from the Public Works and Environmental Services Department. Provide details on the notices submitted in accordance with subsection 18(1) of the Safe Drinking-Water Act or section 16-4 of Schedule 16 of O.Reg.170/03 and reported to Spills Action Centre Incident Date Parameter Result Unit of Measure Delhi Water Treatment Plant Chemical Sampling Mefenoxam /07/2015 Delhi Distribution System Bacteriological Sampling - Total Coliform in the distribution system 1 cfu/100ml Corrective Action Delhi Water Treatment Plant was removed from service and additional sampling was performed.
